What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

Klientboost spent 2 weeks developing a strategy, which was essentially wasting away my monthly investment with them. The delivered strategy actually have a negative affect on all of my KPIs, including revenue, ROAS, # of Purchase, Converstion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. The deliverables I received for the creative package I paid for was text overlayed photos that I had from a photoshoot. The creatives were incredibly basic and rudimentary, and lacked any creativity. Look elsewhere. Klientboost did a completely bait and switch. They had showed charts of increasing metrics after establishing a 30 day baseline, but failed to mention that they would actually be lowered my metrics during the first 30 days, in order to easily achieve their 20% increase in performance. Everyone that we have worked with has been very knowledgeable and communicative. They have these great real-time dashboards that are customizable to the KPIs we're trying to reach. Their communication, strategies, graphic design, and customer service is top notch. Whenever I need something they are immediately there for us. They are also super transparent with reporting on lead flow and ad spend, and they truly have our best interest in mind by constantly watching ads if they are under performing so we don't waste our ad budgets.
