What do you like best about KlientBoost?

Their organization skills are not to be underestimated. Every project is neatly organized, with clear deadlines and owners in Asana. We also touch base with weekly updates and bi-weekly calls, and correspond over Slack. Both sides are closely dialed in with a rolling cadence of upcoming programs for the next few quarters. I've only worked with Haley and Truman, but I have a lot of confidence in the entire KB team. What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

Literally no complaints about the Klientboost team. The only difficulty we ran into was with tracking, through no fault of KlientBoost's - we had difficulty matching UTMs set up by a previous operations team, but KB used their own developers to help us track down the discrepency. What problems is KlientBoost solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I joined Lilt, our PPC programs did yield any results aka did not contribute to pipeline. We were working with a previous agency for 6+ months at this point, and it was clear they were not the right vendor to help us. I brought on KlientBoost, since I had worked with them at a previous job. Within one quarter, Haley and our team of experts were able to hit our pipeline goals, as well as blow our MQL numbers out of the water. KlientBoost truly feels like an extention of our team, instead of a vendor we employ. We communicate almost daily and they are extremely quick to respond to questions, they've helped give guidance with new progams and strategies, and the entire team works backwards from deadlines decided on both sides. What do you like best about KlientBoost?

We are extremely happy with the customer success team. We've worked with other agencies and always felt like a small fish in a big pond. This is not true at KlientBoost. Every client has equal importance.

Our success team is exceptional starting with our overall Account Manager. He is detail-oriented, communicates effectively, is a strategic thinker, and has excellent reporting skills. The Google and Facebook/Instagram Ads Team has built a full-funnel approach to drive maximum revenue and growth. "Big Mistakes - Didn't have Conversion Tracking Enabled For First 20 Days of Management Among Others"

What do you like best about KlientBoost?

The sales team or growth strategist that is the person who works with you till you sign the contract. Grant was extremely sharp, very data driven and was able to answer some of the basic questions we had on how they manage accounts Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

The management of google ads. When we came on board as a customer we were excited. We met the team we were assigned and even though the account manager was new (started 3 months prior) we thought the google ads person on our team was credible. We did the onboarding where we explained about our company and gave them our marketing and branding materials and trusted them to set up and manage accounts. We got biweekly updates from our account manager where she always assured us our ads were doing well.

Unknown to us KB had not set up conversion tracking for the first 20 days that they ran ads for us. For reference, we spent 10k a on google ads on top of KB's 6k per month management fee. More horrifying was the fact that it took 2.5 months for them to acknowledge that they had set up the account incorrectly. My personal belief is that the people mean well, but the company has grown too fast and there's a lot of inexperience. The company claims to have a culture of underpromising and over delivering - however I found it to be more of a saying as they consistently underdelivered and missed deadlines that they promised. I strongly recommend getting everything said to you in paper or over email as they will renege on promises (again not because they are bad people but I think they are juggling you with too many clients).

Another example - they built our landing page for our campaign. The landing pages didn't mention any of the keywords we were advertising for - it looked like a generic website in our industry. This was a big red flag. When we asked why this was the case, we were told to trust them as they were experts.

This is all separate from their performance managing the account - because of their irresponsible management our cost per conversion actually increased with KB compared to when we managed it in-house as beginners. I would not trust them with your account. If you are looking for experts to trust with your google ads look else where. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like KlientBoost's organized approach to project management. We track efforts in Asana, do a bi-weekly call, and they have set up a source for truth using Google Data Studio which pulls all the data into one bucket with a date range to track performance across all channels. What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

We had an initial issue with our first project manager. She was focused on ROAS only and was not receptive to feedback about wanting to grow new customers at the cost of ROAS. I voiced my issue to management, they swapped her out with a new manager, no drama, a quick apology, and we had both high ROAS and expansion into new customers. We are solving the issue of the complexity of paid ads, paid ad platform changes occurring all the time, tactics and strategies changing all the time, etc... and we need an experienced partner who does nothing but focuses solely in this space. Healthcare is complicated and highly regulated, and the team was always willing to work with us to make sure we were okay to say the things we wanted to say to get the results we wanted. As they grew, we started to interface with more people at the company, but we were always taken care of as if we were the highest paying customer (we were early adopters...we were not the highest paying customer!)
