What do you dislike about KlientBoost?

Klientboost spent 2 weeks developing a strategy, which was essentially wasting away my monthly investment with them. The delivered strategy actually have a negative affect on all of my KPIs, including revenue, ROAS, # of Purchase, Converstion Rate, and Cost Per Acquisition. The deliverables I received for the creative package I paid for was text overlayed photos that I had from a photoshoot. The creatives were incredibly basic and rudimentary, and lacked any creativity. Look elsewhere. Klientboost did a completely bait and switch. They had showed charts of increasing metrics after establishing a 30 day baseline, but failed to mention that they would actually be lowered my metrics during the first 30 days, in order to easily achieve their 20% increase in performance.
