What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Our previous PSA solution was capable but development of the product and responsiveness to customer feedback was low. Having seen the pace of development and enrichment of the product from the Krow team we decided to make the switch.

Krow is definitely a more modern solution and grows increasingly capable with each release.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

I think the way tasks show up for each individual user is crucial to determine daily work. Additionally, the ganttt view for the project timeline with related tasks is a visually helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When editing or completing a task, once saved, the system kicks back out to the overall menu rather than staying at the task. This just makes it more time consuming to add and complete tasks, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Krow is changing how we work"
What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Two things:

- Its built on Salesforce which means we have the flexibility to build as we grow. As new demands come forth in how we run our projects, what we report on and what we automate, we are able to enhance the tool to meet those needs.

- the Krow team. We rarely receive a "no" from this vendor. They work with us to make sure we can get what we need from the system. One way or the other. Their standard product is robust and, as much, as possible we stick close to that. But, when needed and with their help, we're able to customize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

Its almost unfair to put it out there but we will always want "one place to do everything". We're working hard with Krow to reduce the number of clicks and screens needed to complete everything that needs to be done in a project on a daily basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Overall, very easy for our users to log their Timesheets each week and each month our Finance team gets a feed for invoicing our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

My company experience with Krow thus far have been great, I especially appreciate the implementation personnel (Mike) which was assigned. Krow is built on the Salesforce platform which makes integration with our sales process easy. I like how Krow allows most items to be configurable, although there is a steep learning curve. What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

Some of the downsides with Krow is that, there are certain features which are not configurable by the user as yet. E.g. Project Status Report. The environment was slow when initially installed, however after tweaking the user permission and updates to Salesforce this have increased tremendously. Krow does not keep a adequate track of the Time-off request per year for each user, the system does not have a running balance of time off and will restrict a user from submitting a time-off request if there leave balance have been exceeded. Mobile app is not easy to use for Timesheet entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

Krow is a great PSA and fulfills most of our needs. Krow is constantly releasing new functionalities. Several of our enhancement requests were in the next release cycle. The support team have been fairly responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

While Krow is releasing new funcitonalites, the documentation are not kept up-to-date on the portal. Krow contains over 100 configurable settings, but we cannot figure the impact of the setting. With better documentation, I don't have to reach out to Krow support every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
