We use Klient within our Professional Services team and are overall very happy with the platform. The Workspace feature is a great help in our daily work, and the tool is being actively improved through regular updates that often bring meaningful enhancements. We’ve had to implement some customizations to fully match our processes (e.g. for task preparation and follow-up), and we’d welcome better support for resource planning — particularly visibility into resource unavailability, which is currently missing.
