What do you like best about Klient PSA?

We researched a ton of different project management options. This truly does it all: Resourcing, connecting pipeline to resources, contracts, timelines, time-tracking, invoices, margins, tasks, reporting, and revenue recognition. What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

The implementation is slow. If you rely on them to manage it will take forever. They recommend 1 hour a call a week. This is not enough and their documentation for training is lacking. If I had to do over again I'd request 2 days of dedicated configuration services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Klient PSA:

This product had a lot of potential. It's great that you can upload MS Project plans to get your started as you migrate timelines. The navigation can take some getting used to, but once you get comfortable it is able to do everything you need to successfully manage a project. I love the Kanban "My work" tab, this has been great for our team to prioritize tasks across multiple projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We had too many systems that were disconnected. Our goal was to get to one source of truth and one place for all teams to see the health of a project. What do you like best about Klient PSA?

The most helpful part about Krow is that I am able to see what my work day, work week, and even work month is like in different views. If I login for the day, I can see what Tasks have been assigned to me. Also if I complete my tasks for the day I can then move onto to tasks that are due at a later date. Another benefit is that i'm able to submit my time sheet along with any and all tasks I completed and Projects I have been working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

Closing out Tasks can be difficult and even searching for tasks that are assigned to me can be difficult at times. If I finish a task under an hour, I must choose hours as the time or I get an error. Also if tasks aren't assigned correctly then I won't see them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Klient PSA:

Krow is great for a busy work place, especially with a lot of employees. The ease of access is nice if you have used Salesforce before. But I would highly recommend, it just may take a few days to get use to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Klient PSA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems that are being solved is that there are more eyes on Projects and people are able to be assigned tasks in a better way. Instead of multiple emails, I can check and see who is assigned to what task. What do you like best about Klient PSA?

I love the the ability to use tasks, the integration with chatter, and the ability to look at the overall status of current projects. The user interface is pretty easy to use. I really like "My Work" tab. Its a place where I can see all my current tasks. I even color coded my projects for easy quick reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Klient PSA:

I have used other project management software like Taskray and Workfront, and this was way easier to set up and use. I think that user adoption is 90% of success and this was pretty easy for everyone to grasp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klient PSA?

The project creation is pretty simple and easy to use, visibility of data all within the salesforce platform, ease of timecard / expense logging, project Gantt charts. Out of the box integrations are useful. Great visibility into in-flight projects for the sales team. Customisation and reporting due to being on the Salesforce platform. Instant calculations of utilisation and totals for the given week when entering timecards are a nice little feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klient PSA?

Limited customisation in certain areas, would like to be able to customise some of the automated areas of the product, such as invoice generation, this is limited in terms of aggregating line items from timecards. A lot of fields present so a bit of a learning curve to figure out what their purposes are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Klient PSA:

Look at creating a couple of custom report types to be able to report on more than the out of the box reports provide, they are however easy to set up using the standard platform reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to customize Krow to our business has been a true asset. While we're a professional services firm, we had distinct needs that Krow was able to adapt to. You can basically setup Krow to do whatever you want. High customization, and we had a ton of support during the on-boarding process. Krow is a enabler for Project Management and Time tracking with its out of the box features native on the platform. UI is seamless when it comes to accessing modules in Salesforce classic and lightening.

Know maintains their release notes frequently in their customer portal. Periodic webinars highlighting new functionality introduced makes a life of an administrator easy.
