It empowers our team with fluid brainstorming. Instead of scattered notes, we add ideas instantly – text, images, links – from anywhere and we can even link information so its always well organized. This visually connects concepts, cutting down cleanup time and ensuring all voices, even the quietest, are captured. In addition, it is a very fast tool, activities load quickly, and real-time updates during live sessions are responsive, even with a large number of participants. It support resources, including helpful tutorials, FAQs, and a responsive customer support team also help to fully understand the platform. I highly appreciate as well how accessible (pricing) the platform is even for small teams or basic usage, the free version provides substantial functionality. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** I do believe Klaxoon could potentially expand in integration tools. Currently, direct, deep integrations with the most common productivity suites (like Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace) are somewhat limited. Although, i do believe the platform to have some AI features in terms of process facilitation I would appreciated some features of content generation even it it has an integrated AI platform directly. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Improves specilly the engagements during meetings -Interactive tools (polls, quizzes) ensure everyone participates, making meetings dynamic and inclusive. The application is very user-friendly and is a must for any collaborative work. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** Perhaps the only thing would be the price per person. Would be great if it was a one-time cost rather than ongoing. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Klaxoon helped us find a template that suited whatever we were collaborating on. Users were able to input their ideas at the same time and we were able to finish our project and come to an agreement. ### 3. We rely heavily on the Activity section during our global marketing webinars to gauge audience maturity, gather opinions, and boost participation in real time. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** Couple of times, I had issues with audience log in. We want a smooth experience, they should not register to the platform but provide nicknames only. We use it mainly for brainstorming sessions and collaborative discussions and it really helps organize ideas in a clear and visual way. The interface is simple to use even for people who are not very comfortable with digital collaboration tools. I also like the variety of templates and interactive features that make meetings more dynamic, especially when working with remote or hybrid teams (during meetings) **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** One small downside is that some advanced features can take a bit of time to fully understand for us as civil engineers at the beginning especially for new users. In larger workshops, the boards can also become a little crowded if there is a lot of content at the same time. However, once our team gets used to the platform, it becomes much easier to manage and use efficienly. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** Klaxoon helps make meetings and workshops more interactive and easier to manage especially when several people need to collaborate at the same time. It’s useful for brainstorming, collecting ideas and keeping discussions organized without losing important points We found that it improves participation during meetings and makes remote collaboration feel more natural and efficient. It also saves time when working on projects that require input from different team members. ### 5. PowerPoint slides put people to sleep. Klaxoon is able to help us get everyone in the 'virtual' room to pay attention. It also encourages participation. I like the voting and word cloud features and being able to poll a room in an instant and the use of the sticky notes. There's zero lag and it fits right in to our other day-to-day tools like TEAMS, which saves us a ton of time. Being able to export everything out into a PDF or an Excel file is also incredibly helpful. We see Klaxoon as a great ROI as we're able to utilize the program to push forward our Safety culture. I haven't used the support feature too much just yet, but it's been easy enough to learn and navigate. I've not run into many challenges with onboarding. I've also not used the AI feature, but look forward to utilizing it in the future as I become more comfortable with what the program can offer as far as intelligence. With the way the world is moving, I believe the AI/Intelligence incorporation could be a game-changer even moreso. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** The only note I'll make here is regarding the mobile experience. We continuously encourage our teams and participants to access from a desktop/laptop because the experience on a cell phone or tablet is not nearly as smooth. The display looks cramped and it's not as easy to interact. With this being 2026, the need for smooth mobile access is increasingly important to our users. **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is allowing our team to have more interactive, impactful, and exciting training workshops. Safety is not the most exciting topic, so Klaxoon enables us to turn it up a few notches. We can pull out the silent participants or the more introverted people and give them a platform to express themselves in a safer way. Klaxoon saves me a lot of time and energy while helping me to get the "buy in" that I need. The template feature keeps me from having to reinvent the wheel over and over again. ### 6. Klaxoon offers a great platform to coordinate with our customers either virtually or via a hybrid approach. As with any evolving platform, there are moments where I wish certain features were available sooner or rolled out more broadly, but those gaps tend to close quickly. It has become our go to piece of kit for day to day use as a design team. We love how easy it is to use to collect, share and comment on ideas. It allows us to build compelling presentations, hold design meetings and share workload. I believe that its been instrumental in our team meeting our business goal of "delighting customers" and overserving. **What do you dislike about Klaxoon?** Absolutely Nothing ....................! **What problems is Klaxoon solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows the team to work remotely or together - and share ideas. We use it as a collection of ideas that can be refined in discussion with a client or internally - its open 24/7 and it allows procrastination. A very positive designer trait. It also acts a time machine or collective memory. For instance when used to collate and present design ideas we allow the client access so after the initial presentation and discussion, they can then share themselves within their own business and get larger feedbacks. This allows procrastination and leads to more rounded design discussions and promotes what if thinking. If we follow a design idea to a dead end, we have the time machine of previous other ideas to revert to as they are all still on the board. It becomes a collective memory too - we use boards to collate our teams work over the year and acts a place of memory and review of all the project work we have undertaken.
