I use the most the "Board" and "Session" to complete my objectives as a digital project manager. The template library is very inspiring, anyone can launch a workshop or experiment with all these ressources.

Klaxoon is the "must-have" tool for facilitation and collaborative work. You can do so many things with Klaxoon! The only limit is imagination. I like the ability to use it for a simple little quiz as well as for facilitating a workshop with multiple activities thanks to the board. I also like the availability of numerous templates provided by Klaxoon that cater to many situations: ice breaker, design thinking, etc. So many activities that are facilitated in meetings, workshops, or training. The flexibility of the tool, the many templates available and constantly restocking that save time. I also like to facilitate it to reappropriate them. We can practically do everything with the help of the extremely large whiteboard and we always find a trick to achieve our goals thanks to the palette of tools and the rather rich features offered by Klaxoon. Klaxoon gives the impression to users (participants) that it is extremely simple and that everything is done in a snap of the fingers. This still requires facilitation skills and upstream work that is not negligible. It is also necessary to take the time to train in Klaxoon as a whole to understand the range of tools available, all the modules and their interest in order to use them wisely. It would also be interesting to have more options, in particular to export data and images in very high quality for A0 type prints, for example, to facilitate face-to-face renderings. What I like best about Klaxoon is that we can transform what would be a boring meeting or training into a very interactive activity. I use Board a lot, it is a good feature both to gather insights before the meeting and to put new ideas during the meeting itself. I don't think Klaxoon has something that is not useful or that does not work properly. What I'd love to see as an improvement would be templates as "mindmap" having automatic connections between ideas - instead of us having to draw them -, to save some time. Excellent collaborative whiteboard tools in a powerful meeting package. Adding live video feeds on the board makes Klaxoon a one-stop-service for both the brief ad-hoc creative session with impressive templates and the carefully planned event using all the before/during/after features. Despite the richness of the full package, Klaxoon has retained a simple and effective interface that helps preparations and co-created content to be shared and repurposed for digital learning packages. Nothing to dislike, a few corners that will improve over time - like greater native file support and a more intuitive switch from modify to presentation mode as one needs the first to be dynamic in the latter. Allowing real-time participant cursors would allow for an extra "crowd" feeling - likely a feature under consideration for future updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Basic functions adapted to different use cases from different functions. Launching a survey, animating a brainstorming to create some new solutions and then animating a Board to monitor the status of your actions are the basic functions any project manager from any any job field will need. What I like in Klaxoon is that it creates a common bridge in terms of way of working between all functions and job fields in the company.

The limit of participants to a Board could be a bit tricky sometimes. However, if you are looking for some more collaboration, you have to fix a limit otherwise you will restrict your Board to a documents sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The equilibrium between subparts of the Klaxoon platform is too strong. Klaxoon board catch the attention, is in the middle of everything. It evolves a lot and gets new features and improvements constantly.
