Our organization supplies goods to customers and it's is very much important for us to know about people's review, so manually analysis of data takes a lot for formatting, scraping. What do you like best about Kimola Cognitive?

I saved a lot of time and frustration by using the insights analysis for our training needs assessment and course feedback. It was easy to identify themes and develop an action plan. The newest enhancement of providing an insight analysis for each theme was exactly what was needed. Additionally, the filtering made analysis much easier as well. What do you like best about Kimola Cognitive?

I was creating a market feedback report through analysing all Tripadvisor and Google review for my company. I could not have analysed that quantity of data with Kimola's Cognitive product. Once I uploaded the excel files with all of the reviews it was super easy to look at the feedback on a macro scale. The Airset plugin made it very easy to scrape reviews. Overall this software made it extremely easy to complete the task at hand. Kimola's customer support was fantastic, considering I was only user for one month and I'm sure they have other uses spending much more, they were very responsive and ready to help with any query I might have. What do you dislike about Kimola Cognitive?

The Airset Generator plugin that scrapes reviews doesn't work after 1,000 reviews on Google, I did find other scrapers that worked better for Google reviews. The infinite scroll feature on Google reviews is the problem more than the plugin I believe. For Tripadvisor, the Airset plugin did not expand the reviews before scraping them so I did have to sit there and manually press "...more" on each page of review to expand them.
