The team and I use Kickserv 7 days a week, once you become familiar with their software navigating is a breeze. The most difficult part of the implementation was the time involed, but that is inhearant with the implementation of any software. We did encounter some trouble when integrating our QuickBooks, but the error was on the side of our QuickBooks account itself and when reaching out to customer support for assistance in resolving our issue, their response time was fast and got us back on track without any headache.
Having everything at our fingertips and all in one place has improved efficiencies for us pretty dramatically. The ability to create and send estimates, receive approvals, communicate with customers and receive payments much faster! Customer feedback has been positive also, the customer center offers a lot of information, ultimately reducing the frequency of phone calls & emails, creating more time for us to stay ahead! I can't say that there's anything really that I dislike, but there's always room for improvement. Kickserv is great at providing the ability to submit feedback and suggestions to continue growing its capabilities, and they offer transparancy with the improvements that have been put in place. If you are on week 2 of the month and enter info into a job and want to go back to week 2 of the calendar, you either have to hit the back button enough times to return to that week or hit the calendar button and then change the week. Kickserv has pretty much everything you need to run a dispatch business. We are able to send estimates, send invoices, track our guys time on each job, we are also able to take credit card payments, send reciepts and see if the customer viewd the invoice or n ot. If you are not a tech-savvy kind of person, it is a little harder to get used to where verything is, but once you get the hang of it, it is extremly helpful in our day-to-day duties. The support team of Kickserv is very very helpful. They respond quickly as a smaller business and we love to support other small businesses like Gary's Electric.
