The main advantage of Keynote is simplicity. Like many Apple products, Keynote has an intuitive and user-friendly interface. Most users with basic knowledge can quickly learn how to use Keynote without any problems. The adaptive ecosystem provided by Apple is great. Its simplicity, intuitive and user-friendly interface, and huge range of functions allow you to fully immerse yourself in the ecosystem. If you also have an iMac or any Apple device, you can use Keynote on multiple devices and synchronize your files via the cloud when you make a presentation on any device using iCloud. The lack of unnecessary functionality, tabs, and clutter inherent in PowerPoint allows you to focus on creating presentations without too much effort. Keynote can only work on Apple devices. If you have a PC (Windows) and want to create Keynote files from scratch, you're out of luck. To open a Keynote file on a PC, you must first export it to a compatible format, such as. pdf or. ppt. There is also no AI feature, which works quite well in PowerPoint (version 2019+). I love how easy it is to use Keynote! It's a powerhouse without all the confusing buttons and options you see on PowerPoint. This lets you focus more on the delivery and context first. Sometimes, I have a hard time finding "format" buttons and things like that. Some of the menu organization is a little confusing to me. Keynote is a very versatile and very intuitive software, especially suitable for creating video presentations, as Apple's answer to PowerPoint. I find it very complete and professional, from the ability to create master slides, to text formatting up to the ability to copy and paste vector elements from external software such as Illustrator. It's a very productive app that helps me do some of my work easier, it helps me when I am on a meeting I can use the Keynote remote to present easily, I carry all my presentations on my iphone and it is easy to take them with me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would say that since I do not have an imac i need to send the file into my phone manually, they are not sincronozed or i do not know how to do it, it would be great if that feature is available for windows Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
