Keynote is one of the most easy tool for making presentations. It helps you save a lot of time. It might not be as feature filled as Microsoft Powerpoint but it covers all the necessary information & features. There are 2 things I dislike about Keynote, It doesn't as much feature filled as powerpoint but this doesn't bother me much, Its not compatible, If you have a key file and you don't have an apple system there nothing you can do about it.

When exporting keynote presentation to powerpoint, there are some issues such as missing formatting, compatibility issues and etc. However, that is not 100% issue with keynote but it can be due to lack of support from other presentation authoring tools as well.
