What do you like best about Keepit?

Keepit simply works - it does run on the servers of Keepit, I don't need to allocate disk space for it, and they also keep in mind that I need to stay GDPR compliant, so they host the data inside Europe when I am a European customer. It does cover what we need and the restore process is simple. Also, the data is stored in a format that I can download and work with. So, even when the target system (e.g. Dynamics or Exchange Online) is unavailable, I can still download the data and "work" with it - some data is stored as JSON, so I can write custom code to work with it. Integration with Dynamics, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive for Business was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

The only thing I dislike about Keepit is that some few error messages are not as clear as they could be. But the support is always vera helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

It can backup multiple tenant under the same login/portal, which is great for us. You can also restore across tenants too, which assist with migration projects and saves costs. I have testes this with our France office and can import their mailboxes to our UK tenant, very quick and accurate too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keepit?

Not much to not like, we have been using it for almost a year and it has been great for us. We have had to use it occasionally and it has saved us a few headaches for sure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

Well first I like its ability to backup Power BI directly and do not have to do a lot of workarounds. The implementation was straight forward, and we can review it every day with the convieniant dashboards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Keepit?

Keepit is a solid backup solution that paves over all the gaps native Microsoft O365 backup leaves behind. You can backup your Office 365 Suite (Exchange, Sharepoint, OneDrive) incrementally and keep as much of it as you like since they throw unlimited storage at you. Setting up the jobs is easy as well, with a few clicks inside your O365 admin console and away you go, with an intuitive interface enough interface that populates within an hour or two from sign-up. Support has been good as well, and are very responsive, i.e. you'll usually get an answer in a couple of hours if you write in. If and when you do have to restore anything from backup, the options for outputting said recovery data are flexible-- I believe I've been presented with the option to restore an entire mailbox to a point-in-time, recover just a selection of mailbox/onedrive/sharepoint items, to generating a .PST and downloading it locally for safekeeping-- awesome! Oh, and for what it does, the price is very keen. You won't have to haggle with managers or owners to justify Keepit's implementation. Very good product from a world-class company. What do you dislike about Keepit?

The only problems I've come across are in the somewhat Byzantine ordering and renewal process as an MSP. Maybe it's just me, but I seemed to have to communicate quite a lot back and forth with an inside sales rep to renew for a year, which, after all that, ended up happening automatically anyway, so I'm not sure why we had to fuss. What do you like best about Keepit?

Creating the connector is easy, we configured it in few time. Also using the platform is easy, it is clear to me there is a good designing team for user interface. We had a big issue in the past and we solve it thanks to keepit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
