
Once it's set up, it works great and we're seeing good results. Nadim's customer service was very impressive. Our team had a few feature requests and needed assistance setting up Kangaroo, and we had many questions, and he spent a lot of time focused on helping us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Set up was confusing. I think if every field and feature had a tool tip popup whenever you're hovering over the field to explain how to use it and what it does, I wouldn't have required any help. Please add more info next time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
