A dashboard / kanban board software for Google Drive

How do you position yourself against your competitors?

Kanbanchi is a Google Drive App, meaning that dashboards will show up as files in your Google Drive, when you can organise them. For example you can put multiple dashboards into one shared folder, to make them available to several users. Many interfaces will look familiar to Google Apps users: i.e. sharing, right-click file menu etc.

If you use Google Apps (Google for work) or Google for Education, you can deploy kanbanchi across your organisation with a few clicks.

If you're interested in purchasing extra Power Features, you should understand, that our pricing is different from what most other tools offer. Paid add-ons purchased by you do not restrict your collaborators from accessing free features of Kanbanchi.

What do you like best about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

Very simple interface, no need to write huge amounts about the task. Does not make a big song and dance about it: just short task descriptions on moveable cards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This tool fits my requirements perfectly. Its a great visual way of managing tasks and its unrestrictive structure doesn't try and dictate the way you should manage your workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

Having a Kanban wall everywhere I go is great for tracking projects that don't just happen in one place, that is most of life. Having the info on your own secure cloud drive is a reassuring control and backup feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kanbanchi for Google Workspace?

This service has absolutely real faces and persons. No anon support, no anon developers.

It looks so transparent. I understand it's marketing, but in Kanbanchi that's something more :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike when I'm finishing my comment to card and tap Enter or ctrl+Enter - but it doesn't work.

I'm "technical hands" in 5 projects. That's make me cry, when I have to take all tickets in my mind.

In past I was using Wunderlist. But it has no Kanban philosophy. Just to-do list - not for my situation :)

Now I can keep my mind empty. Beside I don't forget about deadlines and ideas.
