The Recruit product can be used as-is with minimal development work or tailored to the specific needs of your business. The design is user-friendly, meaning managers can start using it with little or no training needed to create or approve a new vacancy. Our candidate's experience is improved, and they receive regular updates as they move through their recruitment journey. The back end of the system provides access to lots of information for reporting, and it's easy to get a quick overview of vacancies and candidates via the dashboards. You have control over each aspect of the recruitment process and can change everything from the wording and timing of the various automated emails to the frequency of manager reminders to ensure everyone is getting the most out of the system. The ability to link up with agencies/job boards, store interview notes, send documents from the system etc takes away lots of the manual processes that we had in place to manage various aspects outside of our previous system and has streamlined the recruitment process for us. There are lots of stages included in the system that a candidate could move through to cover off every eventuality which can look a bit daunting to a hiring manager, but you can skip through these you dont necessarily have to move a candidate to each one. The use of the phrase 'Requisition' throughout the system can be a bit confusing however, this is being replaced with 'Vacancy' as part of a system upgrade over the coming weeks (for all customers I believe), so wont be an issue for us. The system is really intuitive, it's all self-explanatory with little training for Hiring Managers needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would prefer if the candidates were in a bigger box when you load a vacancy. There's a bit of a faff to process a candidate through, having to add interview series first is a bit of a pain but not anything major. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the bulk actions, the fact that the system can be used for mass recruitment purposes. API is awesome for automatization. The team is very supportive and answers quickly to our needs. The self-service is amazing! We enjoy the fact that there is a separate platform in which Agencies can work directly in Kallidus, add candidates, move them through the stages. I like the fact that Hiring Managers are always involved in the process and have the ability to track and take actions on the candidates. The Security Groups are very well done. The reporting fields are suitable for any type of report, no matter how detailed and complex it is. You can see if you have any duplicates. The application form can be customized to your preference. You can use the same platform for multiple countries and work together in the same system, store data in one friendly system. The e-mail templates have merge fields that can help send e-mails to multiple candidates and still feel like a customized personal e-mail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't assign candidates to recruiters (only to vacancies). It doesn't have time-zones implemented yet, therefore we need to use a different scheduling tool. Cannot brand different e-mail templates according to our needs. So far cannot connect it directly to my reporting dashboard, but that will change this year. The duplicate function is incredibly useful, barely any system errors compared to other ATS, nice and easy to use, very logical Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's very hard to find anything wrong most of the time - we have experienced Kallidus loading/timing out before but this was at one time. Kallidus also crashes if you use the < and > symbols which I assume is down to HTML, but it would be very useful if we could copy and paste candidate email addresses straight from Outlook as it would save some time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the way when you search for a candidate you can immediately see what stage of the process they are at, by looking at the folder, rather than having to go in to the candidate profile- makes things quick and easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
