Kaleidoscope Pricing Overview

The Kaleidoscope software helped us transform a laborious annual paper scholarship process by automating it with an easy to use student applicant interface. Before Kaleidoscope, we had students completing up to ten different different paper application forms to apply for various scholarships with different requirements / qualifications. The Kaleidoscope team helped us consolidate all of those requirements into a single online application that covered all of those scholarships.

The Kaleidoscope team implements changes for us each year, and keeps in touch with us throughout the annual process to ensure we're ready. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kaleidoscope is a suite of products that deal with all aspects of the scholarship process, from application, review, selection, award, and post award activity. Our interest in the product was merely the first two steps (application and review). Because of our limited scope, I do find Kaleidoscope to be a bit pricy. We are a small town community schools foundation with not a lot of resources, and our annual fee has spiraled upward to more than double in just five years. We'd likely see additional value if we were interested in fully engulfing our processes into the full Kalediscope suite. I don't that as a focus for us going forward.
