From a supporter perspective it is very easy to use and create fundraising pages. from a charity perpestive it is simple to use and set up bespoke coding, the fees on donations we have found are some of the best on the market, and the reporting can be configured which helps with our reconcillation. the reports are weekly and there is normally a payout report, you can also create custom reports on fundraising pages which we use frequently to thanks supporters.

I have worked for various size charities and JustGiving has met the needs from the smaller charities to the larger ones, if you use Blackbaud products they easily intergrate. The platform is very simple in its current form. It's great for one off, general fundraisers, but isn't really capable of supporting more complex peer-to-peer events like 5Ks, walks/runs, or multi-level team events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started using JustGiving because it was free with Blackbaud. Any money raised through JustGiving does go directly to us, which is definitely a nice perk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is really not the personalization that you'd think. Our fundraisers are very limited with what they can post (photos, videos, etc.). The support from JustGiving is pretty bad as well. Hard to talk to someone who can actually help you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the ease of setting up a fundraiser, all the screens are well designed making the process very simple. One great feature is how to withdraw the funds, you can choose to personally withdraw or nominate a beneficiary so that they can get the monies directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think one off-putting aspect has to be the way that fees are managed. When donating you are asked if you want to optionally pay fees, which in itself is ok but when you withdraw, the fees are taken off but in my experience, there is no visibility of how many people have optionally offered to pay the fees on their donation. You just see a single deduction, I'd like to see a breakdown of prepaid fees at the time of donation and a fundraising host deduction for all the people who chose not to contribute to fees. The best thing about this site is that it provides the user with a one-stop destination to generate funds for the cause he is working for which is rather very difficult in real-world scenario. It targets to reach a wider variety of audiences. The site is managed wonderfully and is so user-friendly that one can track the progress and see the status on the go.The customer service to resolve user queries is also very good and is available at the time of need. Team management and Fundraising are very important for volunteer foundations. Because they are volunteers, want to support their target with small groups as a team. I did not exactly find dislike thing so far. Maybe I can offer something to improve Blackbaud`s solutions. The Blackbaud website has too much information so I lost it inside. Ease of Use : Justgiving allows you to create a fundraiser easily, without too many steps and also allows you to actually search for them easily. There is minimal effort required to get either a donation or fundraiser up and running. And the amount users reviewing and using JustGiving goes on to say how well the software is received in the entire ecosystem. The support team is equally equipped and always responds very quickly making the overall experience really seemless. For me, creating the fundraiser for the NGO I work for, and we help a lot of disabled students get prosthetic arms through these fundraisers which are created on Justgiving.
