"AI Chatbot Support Makes JumpCloud Easy to Learn and Saves Time"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

As a self-taught IT manager, I really appreciate the AI chatbot support. It’s saved me a lot of time and made the learning curve for JumpCloud much shorter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

The billing can be a bit confusing. As a very small business, I sometimes get caught off guard by the high-water mark billing, and it makes it harder to manage a small number of devices while keeping that in mind. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive and Insightful Platform with overall Smooth and great experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

There are many things to appreciate about Jumpcloud. Ease of Integration, Features such as comprehensive insights into users' systems stand out, and the administration portal is very intuitive. Customer Support are very reactive to my queries. Most of its processes are also seamless, making the overall experience smooth. Plus they will invite you for a webminar if there will be coming features that they want to highlight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

I believe that during update rollouts, there may be occasional lags, though they are hardly noticeable. I'm confident that the team is continuing to work on improving this aspect. Way back before its quit hard top generate reports but for few months out they release they have made reporting now easy but I think still needs improvement Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Remote control and total visibility of devices for a more employee-focused management"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

Your ability to have control over all the devices used by other company collaborators is very useful, as it allows you to see if they are active and access them remotely when the situation warrants it. I also like the way it helps maintain an environment completely focused on the employee, clearly separating personal use from work use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

The most useful thing is having the control to see if the company's devices are active and to visualize if colleagues are working, and what I like the least is that the integrations with other tools tend to be somewhat complicated, because they don't give you the necessary steps to make a good connection. This happened to me with Google; I had to research on my own since all the users are there, and it would be easier to link all of them with Jumpcloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ease in IT Administration with Some Limitations"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

I like the ease of working with JumpCloud's features. The mobile device management and administration part seems super useful to me. Additionally, the command section helps me a lot when managing issues with devices or IT problems in the company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

When it comes to viewing the outputs of the commands, you absolutely have to go to a separate section; it's not like you have a clear and precise link on the screen about the results. You can only receive an exit code and some logs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive UI, Seamless Integrations, and Outstanding Value"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

JumpCloud stands out for its exceptional UI/UX and seamless integrations, making identity and device management incredibly intuitive. The platform delivers outstanding performance alongside a highly attractive pricing/ROI structure that offers great value for growing businesses. Furthermore, its reliable support/onboarding and emerging AI/intelligence features ensure a smooth deployment and forward-thinking security environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

While JumpCloud is highly capable, the UI/UX can feel occasionally complex for non-technical users, requiring a learning curve during initial setup. Some users also note limitations in pre-built integrations—particularly a smaller SSO app catalog compared to competitors—and slight performance bottlenecks when deploying deep macOS policies. Additionally, while the entry-level pricing is attractive, the overall pricing/ROI can escalate quickly for growing teams needing premium tiers, and advanced support/onboarding or cutting-edge AI/intelligence features are sometimes locked behind these higher-cost plan Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"JumpCloud Simplifies Identity, Device Management, and Secure Access in One Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

What I like most about JumpCloud is that it centralizes user identity, device management, and access control in one platform. It makes onboarding and offboarding employees much easier, and managing Windows, macOS, and Linux devices from a single dashboard saves a lot of time. The interface is intuitive, integrations with other business tools work well, and the security features like MFA and SSO help keep our environment secure without adding unnecessary complexity. Overall, it has simplified our IT operations and improved efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

JumpCloud is a powerful platform, but there are a few areas that could be improved. Some advanced configurations can be difficult for new users to understand, and the admin dashboard can feel overwhelming at first. Troubleshooting policies or device sync issues sometimes takes longer than expected, and more detailed logs would make debugging easier. While customer support is generally helpful, response times for non-critical issues could be faster. Better reporting options and more customization in policies would also improve the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Single Dashboard for All Apps with Smooth Integrations and Trusted Login"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

It is helpful to keep all the different apps we have in a single place. By accessing the main dashboard I can log in from there without worrying about specific passwords for each side/app.

It offers integrations with multiple platforms like Salesforce, Lucidchart, Slack and even internal tools.

It is easy to use and with the latest updates I can "trust" my computer and the system would log in automatically without having to type again the password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

Initially it was not great to have to type the PW and and approve the phone notification, but that was removed with their latest releases, so I can just "trust" my device without having to constantly authenticate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Cloud-Based Setup with Strong Security and Admin-Friendly Ease"
4.5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

What I find most helpful about JumpCloud is its cloud-based environment, which makes it straightforward to implement and easy to use for both users and admins.

Security is also a factor that helps, as is ease of use for IT admins. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

What I find least helpful about JumpCloud is that the pricing can go up, and you end up paying extra even if you’re already using an enterprise package like Workspace or MS Enterprise. Also, because it relies on an installed agent, it can be difficult to connect if that software gets tampered with or breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy IT Management"
5/5
What do you like best about JumpCloud?

What I like best about JumpCloud is its unified identity and device management. It lets organizations manage users, devices, and access from a single platform while supporting zero-trust security. The cross-platform support for Windows, macOS, and Linux, along with SSO, MFA, and cloud directory capabilities, makes IT administration much simpler and more secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

The initial setup and policy configuration can have a learning curve, especially for new administrators. Some advanced features require higher-tier plans, and troubleshooting complex identity or device management issues can sometimes be time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about JumpCloud?

Its ability to manage users, devices, and access from a single platform. It simplifies identity and device management across different operating systems, which saves a lot of administrative effort. The parent user lifecycle management, efficient SSO integrations, and important security features such as MFA help improve both productivity and security. The platform is easy to use, reliable, and has significantly reduced the complexity of managing our distributed workforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about JumpCloud?

The reporting and customization options could be more flexible, especially for organizations that need detailed audit and compliance insights. Additionally, occasional delays in policy synchronization across devices can occur. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
