Jotform workflows have streamlined several of our school processes such as purchase order approvals and work repair requests. This has eliminated back to forth emails and disjointed google forms/spreadsheets and has made this process smooth for our teachers and directors making it easy and convenient for them to submit and approve.
Building the workflows themselves were fairly simple and not difficult to use. There are many features to the workflows that allow for more automation and streamlining steps so that everything is much more efficient and less jumbled. The app integration with other applications is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The app integration is helpful, however, the integration with apps like Google Sheets does not update if the submission on the Jotform side is changed or updated once the initial form responses have been submitted. So it does require a manual update on the Google Sheets side. It is a small hiccup, but only if you integrate with an app like Google, since my colleagues would not have access to the Jotform submission table as I have the only active (licensed) account. Additionally, the integration with Asana doesn't allow for easy field to field integration if the Jotform form has branched questions/answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
