They are able to apply online from their phone (previously they had to come in and complete a paper form) secretaries are able to review their application and easily send it to administrators. The form-filling functionality has been a lifesaver—especially with the volume we’re handling, processing forms for hundreds of people. It’s streamlined what would have otherwise been a massive, time-consuming task. The convenience and reliability of the program have made a huge difference for us. It allows one to setup a series of form. For example, we use it for new employee onboarding. This allows us to go through all the steps without misisng any. We also use if for customer feedback. This workflow manages customer feedback and routes feedback depending on response. **What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?** Works flows are buggy, hard to edit, not very robust, fail easily without a way to restart them. **What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?** Onboarding new hires. The drag-and-drop editor makes it super easy to create professional-looking forms without needing to touch code, and they offer a huge library of templates that save a ton of time. What I really like is how customizable everything is—you can brand your forms with your own logo, colors, and layout so they don’t feel generic. The conditional logic is also powerful, letting you show or hide questions depending on responses, which makes the forms feel smarter and more user-friendly. On top of that, Jotform integrates with tons of apps like Google Drive, Dropbox, and Salesforce, so storing files, or syncing leads is seamless.
