**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

It helps me organize regular work in a much better and simpler way without making the workflow feel complicated. I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and also create healthcare awareness content for social media, so I regularly handle consultation forms, patient follow ups, diet plan approvals, reminders, workflow tracking, and content related tasks.

I use Jotform Workflows very frequently for managing patient consultation flow, follow up updates, confirmation emails, approval steps, and task tracking. The visual workflow builder makes it easier to understand where each step is connected, and I can quickly check which task is pending, approved, completed, or still under follow up. I also like that creating workflows, conditions, automation steps, reminders, and email actions does not feel too difficult even for regular daily use.

Another useful thing is the number of features available in one place. Form based automation, approval flows, workflow status tracking, notifications, task steps, conditional routing, and workflow organization help me a lot while managing healthcare related processes and educational work together. Ease of integration with forms and automation setup also saves time during regular work. Overall, it helps me keep consultation work, follow ups, and healthcare content related processes more organized and professional during busy working hours.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

sometimes when a workflow becomes bigger with many steps, approvals, and conditions together, making small edits can take a little extra time because I need to recheck how each step is connected. In the beginning, understanding some automation conditions and workflow paths also took a little time during setup. Also Sometimes the workflow canvas can also feel slightly crowded when multiple actions are added in one flow, especially during follow up and approval management.

**What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping me solve the problem of handling consultation follow ups, approvals, reminders, and workflow related tasks manually from different places. Earlier, checking patient updates, sending follow up reminders, managing diet plan approvals, and tracking pending tasks used to take extra time during busy working hours.

Now most workflow steps stay properly organized in one place. I use it for consultation forms, confirmation emails, approval flow, task tracking, and follow up management, so it becomes easier to see what is completed, pending, or still under review. Workflow automation also helps reduce repeated manual work and keeps healthcare related processes more structured.

It is also benefiting me while managing healthcare awareness content and patient related tasks together because reminders, workflow status updates, and task organization stay easier to manage. Overall, it helps save time, improves workflow tracking, and makes regular consultation and follow up management more organized and professional.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I appreciate that Jotform Workflows was easy to set up and navigate, even without a strong technical background. I also like the notification options that let me notify certain groups and individuals based on the outcomes of the forms. The ease of setup and the ability to quickly build intake forms and workflows that align with how our organization operates made adoption smoother for our staff and team.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

One area that can be improved is project visibility. Jotform Workflows is excellent for intake but limited when managing multiple projects with several people involved. I would like to see a dashboard or timeline view of the statuses of the intakes. I would also love to see more flexible communication features in the workflows. Some conversations still have to move to emails or chats instead of happening right within the workflow.

I use Jotform Workflows to streamline communications at my church, centralizing requests in a single location, which helps track priorities and timelines. It's easy to set up, navigate, and notify specific groups, making adoption smooth for our team.

For project visibility, a helpful workaround is using Jotform Boards. Each workflow submission can feed into a board where you can assign status fields such as new, in progress, waiting, or completed. In Boards, you get a visual, column-based overview that works similarly to a project dashboard and makes it easier to track multiple intakes at once. **What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

They make it very easy to create forms and workflows. We were able to adopt it quickly and swap out the web forms on our site without much effort. While it isn’t an exact one-to-one replacement for Hubspot forms, it’s significantly cheaper, and we were still able to make the changeover fast.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

They can be a bit slow at times. Pages on the site sometimes take a couple of seconds to load, and emails in their workflows can also take a while to deliver. That’s not ideal when I’m trying to send a deliverable to a prospect, but it’s not the end of the world.

**What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We moved away from Hubspot Marketing Hub and started using Jotforms to update our site for a fraction of the price, which we’re really pleased about. On top of that, it’s very easy to use, so making updates feels straightforward and hassle-free.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

Jotform workflow made it easy for us to implement an external employee timecard system by developing an approval flow process. In this workflow an employee fills out a timecard which then goes to payroll for initial review, and then to the client for final review. All of this is tracked by the workflow automation and applied not only into the system but also into a PDF record.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

At the moment the only way to see a signature on the PDF record is to embed the flow record which also includes more information than we need. The real challange has been trying to save space in the pdf with that information combined with the timecard recrod.

**What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Jotform and the workflow timecard keeping and tracking was done by using interactive PDF forms and adobe sign. This process makes it so much easer and has received lots of favor from EE's and Payroll

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I use Jotform Workflows for everything from employee observations and evaluations to call reviews and HR paperwork. I appreciate how it simplifies HR automations with new hires and speeds up onboarding, while also allowing us to digitize all our employee files. I like the simplicity of the system, and I find the new AI chat feature particularly helpful as it walks you through how to do anything, making it basically idiot proof now. It was relatively easy to set up, and the AI chat bot helped make building new forms faster and taught us new things. Switching from paper to Jotform was pretty quick, especially once we figured things out with the help of the AI chat bot.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

The ease to set it up and use it and how much time it shaves off my practice with automation.  It performs consistently and the price is very fair as well. I also like the AI assistance that I get in my Gmail. Integrating with Gmail is very helpful as well since I only use Gmail.

Nothing that I can think of at this time, I am overall very happy with it

**What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automation.  Being the practice is run by myself and I have no secretary, it is very helpful for me to be able to click one button and have a downstream cascade of events that happen. The main reason I use it is for patients to get different emails depending on their deductible status and insurance. I have a different workflow for each of the possible outcomes with each of the possible insurance companies.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

It is very straight forward and is able to be set up step by step, as well as ensures your flows work easily. We use on a daily basis, which makes it streamlined for our teams. It was very easy for us to integrate with our existing forms as well as new ones.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

Sometimes the flow can get broken and it can take some work to fix it.

Approvals are able to go through much faster than the traditional paper and run it to your manager or send an email wait for an email and then send the final email steps. We are able to set it up so that the workflows that have approvals go directly to the appropriate parties making the process incredibly streamlined in comparison.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

Jotform has a lot of useful widgets and options as well as the usage and configuration for sections are very useful. One big upside in my case is the form language translation system which is brilliant.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

The form design coding is not entirely available to re-coding. Also the custom domain cannot be integrated which remains jotform brand.

Jotform made the response and request forms automation easy and efficient for me. Not only it made it clear and responsive but also integrating and porting it to excel sheet and other platforms benefit me and I can have my user response database ready made and can use it for my brand marketing. I not only collect responses but also build a CRM.

What I like best about Jotform Workflows is how easily it standardises and automates business processes such as vendor onboarding, approval requests, and information collection. The platform is reliable and responsive, with workflows processing efficiently and notifications being delivered promptly. We have experienced minimal downtime, and the system scales well as process volumes increase.It reduces email back-and-forth, provides clear audit trails, and ensures required information is captured upfront, which improves efficiency, compliance, and visibility for both finance and operational teams. Jotform allows csv download to easily integrate with our finance systems and provide a strong value for money.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

More granular role-based permissions and approval delegation options would be useful, particularly for larger organisations with complex governance requirements.As workflow volume and user counts increase, costs can rise relatively quickly. More flexibility in pricing tiers for growing organisations would make scaling more cost-effective.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

The interface is easy to learn and navigate. I love that I can simply use AI to describe what I need. After the AI generates the form, it usually requires very minimal editing. I’ve only tried the free version so far, but I’m already getting approval from our management to move to the paid version so we can use it in our property management procedures.

It’s not super fast when it loads, but I’m consistently happy with the outcome, so I don’t mind waiting a bit. I also really like the integrations I can set up with Workflows. I haven’t explored them in depth yet, but I’ve had a good experience so far integrating a few widgets. Jotforms is able to train me in using the software very well using its AI function.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

I think what needs to be improved is using it in the phone app. Using it on my computer is easy, using it on my phone is not very user-friendly.

**What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to print paper forms for our tenants in the building, but now we can keep everything in one app. I also don’t have to worry about forms getting stuck or missing the right approvals, because the Workflows feature takes care of that.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I like that Jotform Workflows can automate what happens after my application, saving me a lot of time. It helps me avoid the need to hire more employees or spend extra time on menial tasks. The more time I can dedicate to doing my actual job rather than administrative work or replying to customers, the better my overall sales become. As the only one at my company, it's great because it automates the workflow, ensuring I don't need other people to get things done or push customers to take the next step. The workflow tells them where to go next, so I don't need staff for that.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

I think just the simplicity sometimes of connecting to other CRMs. And how to make everything work and vibe faster. That could be improved. It was okay, but the initial setup could be easier.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I like using Jotform Workflows extensively at our IVF clinic for both internal and external processes, like creating forms that trigger automations into our EMR and CRM systems. It helps us streamline intake, follow-ups, and internal team workflows. I appreciate the way it solves the problem of manual repetitive data handling between multiple touchpoints. I definitely like the visual drag-and-drop builder, which lets you design multi-step processes quickly. This feature is super useful for non-tech people and lowers the barrier to iterating on automations when requirements often change. The setup was pretty straightforward, with our first workflow running within an hour. We also enjoy integrating Jotform Workflows with Google Sheets for data tracking, Slack for notifications when approvals are needed, and our internal EHR system via webhooks. The switch from a combination of email-based approval chains and manual spreadsheet tracking to Jotform Workflows helped us consolidate everything into one platform, reducing errors.

I don't like the way Jotform Workflows handles multilinguality. It would be great if it supported native multi-language workflows out of the box, like creating a single form that automatically switches language based on the user's preference and carrying that language setting through the entire workflow including emails and approval steps.

I appreciate the seamless automation that transformed our internal processes and approvals with Jotform Workflows. It helps create a useful visual audit trail which solves the problem of manual processes and requests getting buried in unread emails. I really like the visual drag-and-drop builder because it's unlike other automation tools, and I find the conditional branches very useful too. The branches help ensure requests that are over budget don't mistakenly go to the wrong person, which boosts accuracy without needing to double-check every submission. The initial setup was super easy. Jotform Workflows has made a noticeable impact, and I'd highly recommend it.

Sometimes we want the automated emails to look exactly a certain way but the standard editor has some limits. The email designer feels restrictive if you want to go beyond some basic formatting.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I love how Jotform Workflows has increased efficiency by 10x, allowing me to have oversight as the Chapter Treasurer and easily reassign tasks if needed. It has made my life much easier by giving me a clear view of requests and their status in the workflow. I also like the reassignment capabilities when someone selects the wrong approver. It's extremely user-friendly with a lot of options, and once I understood it, everything became much more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

Because I have selected a feature where I ask for the requester to add their electronic signature, JotForm does not allow them to go back in to make any edits to their submission form. If I've realized that they have incorrectly calculated the wrong number or selected the wrong option, nobody can go in to edit it, not evenly myself. Therefore, we have to delete it and resubmit it from the very beginning.

Jotform Workflows has improved our efficiency tenfold by automating voucher requests and reimbursements. I appreciate having oversight of the workflow, being able to reassign tasks, and the overall visibility it provides, making my role much easier and allows for quicker payment and reimbursement.

I like that Jotform Workflows offers a digital way to accept and review requests, making it easy to track a request's status in the inbox. My favorite aspect is the hands-off process for handling various requests, even those needing several approval layers, like field trip requests.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

The workflow screen is unreadable and difficult to follow. One of my forms has 7 branches, so there is a lot going on in that screen. I wish there was a way to collapse the branch or view it as a list instead of what looks like a multi-generational family tree. I would say that the learning curve can be a bit steep. We have some other processes I wish we could put on there, but I'm afraid to break the (laborious) manual process.

I really appreciate Jotform Workflows for the consistent, streamlined communication it provides, which prevents important things from falling through the cracks and allows us to operate more efficiently. I like the ability to customize and add all of the if/then logic. The conditional logic questions are particularly useful as they allow me to set up questions or fields to only show up for agents if they're relevant to their other answers, helping to prevent overwhelm and gather more specific information when necessary. The initial setup was also very easy.

I wish that I could have a master dropdown list, that would automatically update all the dropdown options for a certain field on all forms at the same time. Right now, every time a new team member joins I have to remember to add them to all of our forms manually.

I really like the power that Jotform Workflows offers, especially the ability to create task sequences and stages instead of single forms. I also value the task assignments and delegations, the integration with a bunch of other applications, and how all these features connect to facilitate my processes.

When I chain several forms, and these are chained for the interlocutor, we do not receive the link to the next form, so if the user loses the link to the next form, we have no way to bring it back into the workflow. It takes time to understand how to translate a process flow through the tools, but once you more or less understand how they work, then it's a matter of testing.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I find Jotform Workflows to be very visually appealing and intuitive with very easy settings. I appreciate the great number of dropdown menus which allow for a lot of data disaggregation. It's really helpful that it links well to Power BI for visual dashboards, and it seems to function well without losing any data. The initial setup was really easy because all the conditions are easy to set up, allowing me to select conditions and jump to the next question effortlessly. I love the ability to enter a question and duplicate it multiple times, which is great for us because we have a lot of similar questions. The feature that allows uploading an Excel file has been really helpful, especially with dropdowns that accommodated 300 different species, which I thought was quite amazing. And overall, it's a lot easier to manage than using Excel.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

The main thing is when you want to put in a numerical value in a multi-select, multi-field table, the option for a numerical figure isn't there. It would be better if you could add numbers in table menus because the lack of this feature means people could enter a number or text, which could get jumbled. Also, collaborators' links only last for seventy-two hours, which is slightly annoying.

Jotform Workflows helps us capture detailed information globally with its intuitive design and drop-down menus, disaggregate data by indicators, make fields mandatory, and revisit them later. We were very excited to try out Workflows as we use Jotform throughout our business and find it very good. We've had endless problems with Workflows and have tried everything to get them to work reliably. They appear to work well but emails between those involved are so unreliable with data vanishing and blank emails being passed between participants that we are considering removing all workflows attached to our forms. We've spoken with our IT people and Jotform Customer Services repeatedly to try and source the problems and although Jotform Customer Services are usually excellent, they have been unable to sort out this problem.

Their unreliability passing emails between participants.

Workflows ease the workload for me as Manager and the supervisor. It is faster and easier than sifting through emails looking for important information that needs signatures or approval from the director.  All documents go into a folder automatically and can be printed and signed at once.

The visual paths in the diagram can be tricky to interpret.  It would be nice if they could be output as a pdf for distribution when explaining the process to others.

A request from a client that needs approval from the relationship manager and senior management before being implemented. The result impacts two other departments including billing and requires a documented contractual change that must not be neglected.

I do not like the fact that when I have gone in to tweak workflows, I typically will mess up something. There is little to no help when creating these workflows from JotForm. I have even tried using ChatGPT to help, but with no luck.

I like Jotform Workflows because it streamlines the process of approving applications and saves us quite a bit of time. The ease of setup is great, and it's efficient. It helps us cut down on unnecessary emails and allows us to simplify our approval process with just the click of a button. Overall, it saved us a lot of work time within the team.

When we first started with Jotform Workflows, we wanted to create parallel workflows for each request, but this did not work at the time and we haven't tried to set it up since. It was a feature that we found lacking. For each form, we are only able to have one approval flow, while we specifically needed parallel workflows to have multiple people approving applicants based on different conditions. Without this, the feature was only half as effective as it could have been. It was fairly straightforward but since we wanted it to do more than it could, we spent unnecessary time building parallel workflows only to find out that they didn't work as needed.

I find Jotform Workflows streamlines approving applications, saving us a lot of time. It's easy to set up and efficient, cutting down unnecessary emails and simplifying approvals with one click.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I love the integration with Google Drive and the ability to add completed PDFs right to a drive folder. It's very useful that we can create a purchase order workflow, and once a purchase order is approved, it automatically uploads to Google Drive, sorting into separate folders based on the department it's coded to. The initial setup of Jotform Workflows was very easy; the AI assistant walked me through everything, which was really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

The only thing I would like to see improvements on is the ability to auto calculate and auto populate dollar amounts.

**What problems is Jotform Workflows solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jotform Workflows helps streamline processes and systems for my school, with seamless integration to Google Drive. It automatically uploads approved purchase orders, sorting them into department folders, enhancing organization.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I like the convenience of sharing the paperwork form link with patients, and that it can be completed in advance, saving time and providing insights before appointments. The ability to download and upload forms directly to patient charts is a huge time-saver. Jotform Workflows is user-friendly, allowing me to create forms without needing coding or specialized experience. I can select the features to build a form, and it only takes 5-10 minutes. The platform offers lots of customizing features, including adding business logos and brand colors. The initial setup was very simple, and I love the ability to automate the submission process, eliminating forgotten paperwork.

**What do you dislike about Jotform Workflows?**

I would like if there was a discount for non-profits but even without it, the price is reasonable nonetheless.

**What do you like best about Jotform Workflows?**

I appreciate that Jotform Workflows is easy to use and the support team is fast to answer when I have problems. I like how it allows me to easily collect registration data that is secure and connects with Moneris. It's helpful that workflows let me accept or deny registrations, which is important since my event registration is free but limited. While it wasn't intuitive initially and I needed support to guide me, once I learned what to do, it became very easy to use, and I found the initial setup to be very easy.
