Our tasks and projects are less overwhelming now. I feel, with OKRs, I can focus on one Project at a time, and the good thing is my manager can view my progress and check-in with me regularly. I was a little hesitant at the start but its a fair system as everyone’s OKR are visible to the team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are no major problems but I would suggest two main things. Actions would be easier to manage if they had some sort of tags highlighted on them in the list. Second is the issue with notifications. I have missed some notification a few times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how JOP declutters the user experience and does not overwhelm users with too many features to manage OKRs. It rightly follows the essence of the OKR framework i.e. to focus on the most important things. What I have found the most helpful recently is the Projects. I can easily assign actions to myself and my teammates in Projects in our biweekly check-ins. The easy part here is that I don't need to use another platform to manage OKRs, check-ins and my projects, I can do all three in the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like all the helpful use cases of the platform as explained by Sumeet in our JOP’s demo. He really simplified working with OKRs, such as how to start fruitful conversations with confidence levels, how your tech team can easily collaborate on the same platform, and more. I like the thoughtful features included in the platform, like recognition badges, anonymous surveys, and goals alignment Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JOP's simple flow about OKR and multiple featuI like that there is a direct way to collaborate with the other departments team members on Projects. I work in a hybrid mode and the Projects and Actions help me make progress on the shared OKRs.

I like the intuitive interface, ease of managing OKRs, updating progress weekly, etc. on the platform. You also have access to this permanent dropdown on the top to view previous quarter OKRs. When adopting a new tool you don’t wanna invest too much time in training the people for the platform, especially for team members in different locations. I think JOP has a smaller learning curve and the associated consulting they offer is great to reduce your training time on the OKR framework as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One big advantage is the ability to see the team’s progress throughout the quarter. I feel the team dashboards are intuitive and non-confusing and recently their OKR snapshots are insightful too. They tell you about the team’s progress rate for the quarter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The overall usability and supporting guidance on the platform make it easy to cascade the training that leaders receive from the onboarding training.
