It processed all the things we needed as a facility as far as billing goes. I loved their reporting system - it was unparalleled. **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** I wish it had more automation features. For example, I wish I could have billed tennis courts automatically. **What problems is Jonas Club Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are not currently using Jonas anymore. They sunset the program we were using, I4, and put out a new system. I imagine the new system fixed the issued I mentioned previously. ### 3. Everyone at our club complains about this program. **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** Not enough room to list all of the Jonas issues. Try to schedule a tee time and it just cycles nonstop while others get the preferred times. Constantly get riduculous erroneous errors that mean nothing to anyone but won't allow you to schedule a time. So easy to run reports and also ask questions in the software itself and get handy directions to keep or print off if needed **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** There are a few things that you may not find when trying to finish a task, but, you are able to contact Jonas engineers and add notes to see if they can add in an update in the future, which is quite a nice touch. **Recommendations to others considering Jonas Club Software:** It is well worth it for all that it does and they also have YouTube videos if you need help outside of hours or from home to learn on **What problems is Jonas Club Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quick and easy AP and AR as well as reports short and long and Pro Shop inventory handling - it all works well once set up by a good trainer. We have easy directions from the software to share with other clubs as well. ### 5. It literally does not get an easier. It's super user friendly platform makes it easy for even a beginner to pick up right away. I used it a country club that had over 300 members. There support team is unmatched as well. They are extremely responsive. The eMobile and Dispatch Scheduler helped our team tremendously with responding to our members' requests. The software integrates with our other systems with no issue which really help our timeliness of getting member statements out. **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** There's really not much II don't like about it. Most issues were super easy to solve and the customer support representatives and technical team are very receptive to any suggestions we have. My only suggestions would be to have it some how integrate with with CertiPay and ChefTec so we can keep everything in one location. **What problems is Jonas Club Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit is how user friendly the software is and how easy it is to train people. I used it mainly to receive and track invoices, process vendor checks, credit card payments and ACH. We also use it to reconcile vendor statements and credit card statements ### 6. F&B is great with counts and great reporting features. Online event management works well for the members. Tee Time Management is easy to use. In addition to that, it was fairly user friendly and didn't require too much training. **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** The thing that we disliked with Jonas was that the program would often run slow on our POS computers. The club is upgrading to fiber optic internet this spring and hopefully that will resolve their issues. **What problems is Jonas Club Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Jonas, we are able to pinpoint problems to the time a sale was done. This was helpful in dealing with decrepinsies with the membership. It was nice that they could view their billing in real time. ### 9. It's easy from start to finish. **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** I wish it were easier to add new functions to event sheets. For example, if you only have 5 different types of functions and there is one that doesn't fall under those 5 types, you have to back out to create a new one. **Recommendations to others considering Jonas Club Software:** Definitely give Jonas a try. We use it from both an event management standpoint and billing and it has been nothing but easy since using. **What problems is Jonas Club Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Since I have started using Jonas, I'm able to easily start event management from a quote and carry it out all the way through the billing stage. Running reports is a breeze and you can sort and filter however needed. It speaks with our email platform easily and updates every day. Historical data is kept intact, which is helpful for new staff coming on - they can look back through history. Also track trends for planning and future endeavors. **What do you dislike about Jonas Club Software?** Member photos are tough to upload, the system can run slow, but our slow internet doesn't help. It relies 100% on human entry - which can bring errors into the mix. Creating and maintaining email segments is difficult. I called CS and while they gave me a solution, it meant spending weeks on a project I just don't have time for. I was hoping they would have a "upload a list here" and then it would be maintained by the syncing process each day. **Recommendations to others considering Jonas Club Software:** Some sort of member profile confirmation - double checking information is accurate.
