What do you like best about Jolt?

I like that it works as one big database and communication point for the staff as well as the management. It really has made monitoring employee productivity easier, and makes the employees more accountable as well. The lists are especially wonderful because I can make sure the building is being opened and closed properly, as well as cleaned properly just by having the staff follow the lists I create. What do you dislike about Jolt?

Just that it is still in beta in many ways, so all the kinks have not been worked out. There are some features I would like to see added in the future, but they are always adding new things and taking everyone's opinion into account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Jolt:

Definitely try it out, but be willing to put in the time when setting up the app for your business and inputting all your information. The more you input and the more you use jolt, the more beneficial it becomes for your business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jolt?

The freedom to create anything your mind desires! Added accountability to assigned tasks, unlimited customizable options from task lists, forms, agreements, training procedures etc. It is a powerful tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jolt?

Only main dislike is uncompleted lists, can start to pile up if say a QR Code isnt scanned and required. (If the QR code is missing and cannot be scanned, the user cannot complete/submit the list, and the list stays open. Really need to find an easier way to delete multiple incomplete lists. If you are considering Jolt, make sure to have someone that is very familiar with tech and administrative skills, as well as being experienced in all areas, you will be utilizing these task assignments. Starting up will take alot of time and patience, however once you start rolling, you can begin to fine tune as go by trial and error, and before you know it will integrated into your system, and the quality standards improve as you improve your utilization of Jolt! What problems is Jolt solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to create consistent results with added accountability, making it much easier for our Managers, Leaders, and Team Members. Im in charge of Training, and it is a vital part of my On Board Training for new Team Members. I have specific lists, that all new Team Members must be trained on, and I have Trainers assigned to the Jolt list to complete a training task list on whomever they are training. What do you like best about Jolt?

Checklists, Forms, Ease of Scheduling, Reports, and Logbook. Everything is all in one area so it makes everything easier. We have iPads all over our restaurants for checklists and any other need. We also use labels to mark all of our food to know when things need to be consumed and how long we have had something. I overall like this people everything is very easy to use. Really easy to use! Everything is in the palm of your hand. Get rid of your excel sheets and time off calendars. Make everything digital because almost everyone has a smartphone now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jolt?

Jolt gives management a way to ensure all employees are completing their tasks, creating accountability while they are on the clock.

Jolt has significantly improved our team's communication strategy, allowing for simple communications between stores.

Food safety wise, Jolt alerts us when items are out of temp, providing automated updates letting us know when there is an issue.

Finally, Jolt gives us a place to save our training documents electronically so that everyone can access them in a convenient and timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jolt?

What do you like best about Jolt?

What do you like best about Jolt?

I like the ability to assign specific tasks/ lists to specific employees. It allows us to track the progress of projects and day to day tasks at our plant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jolt?

With JOLT everything is available at your fingertips, scheduling, to do lists, even staff appraisals. It allows the operations department to send information to other departments at the touch of a button. Having used a vast array of other platforms in previous jobs, I must say JOLT is the best. On the rare occasion that we have technical issues JOLT’S support team are quick to respond and are always extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jolt?

If I had to pick one fault with JOLT, it would be that the mobile app and the IPAD app operate differently, IE - files can’t be opened in the mobile app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jolt?

Very versatile. We became paperless because of this system. We use jolt for checklists (operations) and back office (terminations, minors, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jolt?

I'm a lists person, but working in the fast food industry doesn't give you time to make these lists. Jolt is great because it already has the lists made up, you just have to check off the items Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jolt?

I don't like that I get multiple email alerts when tasks are left unchecked. I wish it would just be one email to include all the tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jolt?

We love the "scheduling" feature the best by far. This platform allows us and our employees to seamlessly interact with their schedules at all times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jolt?

The "temperature log." Not always can we take and enter our food temperatures at the exact times the platform needs us to. After a while, the log will not allow us to enter the temps in after the fact and shows delinquency. This is difficult to explain during auditing. Because of this, we have implemented a paper log.
