Getting used to the new app is probably the thing we most dislike. Our team isn't a fan of change when it comes to that, but I know they'll get used to it. We can automatically tell there is a bit of a lag when you click on the new app and try to print something. But other than that, we love Jolt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the edit features on the website, makes it easy to customize lists.

When you are off the app for days, it takes a long time to sync back up.

Jolt holds us accountable for the things that we do on a regular basis. We have the ability to be reminded to complete lists, notified of completions and incomplete lists, create new lists, take photos, videos and make notes and ALL of this is hosted on Jolts servers that you can access at any time. Jolt is making updates to their platform and decided to archive some lists to the point were they weren't accessible from the front end that we have access to. Our main reason for using Jolt is to keep digital copies of lists that can be referenced at any time. To have the company make the decision on our behalf to archive lists makes zero sense.
