When a recruiter posts a vacancy, the AI will parse the job description and show related keywords. The users can calibrate their preferences to help the AI pick out the most suitable candidates from vast talent pools.

Each job's pipeline consists of both direct applicants and passive talents. The AI calculates a market value for each candidate and how much they match the job.

Recruiters can quickly give feedback and set interviews with candidates on the platform.

JobHopin's upgraded feature shows real-time insights about any specific job function on the market, including talent supply vs. demand, average salary by seniority, and analysis of similar positions.

An extension to SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, JobAI-lysis helps users upload CVs in bulk and assign them to different job requisitions. It also provides essential talent intelligence including candidate Market Value and Match Score.
