I liked best that the guidance that I received was very specific to my situation. I felt that the person was next to me looking at my PR . So the guidance was not just some generic blah blah but individualized assistance, very specific to my PR. This is when I quickly realized that they were able to see the PR that I had uploaded on the Intacct. I also love how quickly they responded to my initial query ( and all the questions or comments) that followed. This was my first experience with JMT although in the past I have had many questions about PRs and didn't know who to go to. We have our internal accounting/finance team but they are often very busy and I don't feel comfortable bothering them. Thus I went to JMT not knowing of the excellent support that I was about to receive. I had low expectations and truthfully speaking didn't expect to hear back from them so soon. We have worked with JMT to implement our cloud accounting system Intacct. We also reach out to them for customer service support when we are looking to use new features from Intacct or run into issues using the system.
