I liked best that the guidance that I received was very specific to my situation. I felt that the person was next to me looking at my PR . So the guidance was not just some generic blah blah but individualized assistance, very specific to my PR. This is when I quickly realized that they were able to see the PR that I had uploaded on the Intacct. I also love how quickly they responded to my initial query ( and all the questions or comments) that followed. This was my first experience with JMT although in the past I have had many questions about PRs and didn't know who to go to. We have our internal accounting/finance team but they are often very busy and I don't feel comfortable bothering them. Thus I went to JMT not knowing of the excellent support that I was about to receive. I had low expectations and truthfully speaking didn't expect to hear back from them so soon. We have worked with JMT to implement our cloud accounting system Intacct. We also reach out to them for customer service support when we are looking to use new features from Intacct or run into issues using the system. We have primary contacts but there are many other staff at JMT who can step in to answer questions if our contact is out in the field. They offer many other programs that could integrate with our GL, but don't push them if they aren't right for us. Cloud based customer service is very responsive. JMT Consulting has been our trusted Consulting partner for technical support on our MIP Accounting system for years. All the staff at JMT are consummate professionals. They know their product and are able to resolve problems quickly and provide you with support that makes you feel confident that you can tackle any issue with the assistance of their team. In March 2020, the host platform for PPSO's accounting software was hacked. Even though JMT was itself affected by this problem, they did everything they could to keep customers advised of the situation and progress getting us back up and running and, when a new platform was available, they worked tirelessly to bring PPSO back online.
