It was very fast to get set up and running for our hockey registration. I am not super tech savvy but even I could figure out how to create a session and set up the registration. I did have some trouble creating our roster. I emailed tech support and within an hour they had replied to me, with a custom video they made showing me exactly how to do what I was asking. Their tech support is top notch, fast, and polite. They also let me email them our logo and they put it on the page for us. We also got a great domain name for our team, and the Jersey Watch website handled all of the domain registration and hosting for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish there was a way to export the entire player list across all tiers. I also would like a feature where you could edit the information that is displayed when you click "View Registrants". We accept payment through e-transfer so I would love a tick box beside each player that I could check once they had paid. The processing fees for accepting payments through the website were cost prohibitive for us. We only run one session of teams. I would prefer if the display coudl toggle between current year teams and previous, rather than "open" and "closed" programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jersey Watch was so easy to set up. It made registration a breeze! Our treasurers is thankful to be able to break reports out by month. Our secretary loves being able to extract player information easily into Excel or Word. As the league president, I have loved the versatility of Jersey Watch. Not only were we able to set up online registration for the season, but also used it to sell tickets for fundraising events, cheer and football camps and communicate easily to the masses through the messaging feature! We plan to use the contact information gathered from this year to reach out to participants again next year as a reminder for sign-ups. I wish there was an option to schedule emails or text messages to be sent out as reminders for certain registration programs or an email that could be sent out as an automatic reciept with event details after a participant registers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When we first ventured into the realm of sport organization websites, it was difficult to determine what components we needed to access. The team at Jersey Watch was very helpful and accommodating of what we were looking for. The chat option made it easy to contact someone and get a response. If there was no one in the office, they would always contact me as soon as they were back in the office.

For someone who wants the ability to use source coding, this option is available, but it is not necessary to use.

Helping us create a seamless website, Jersey Watch took the time to finetune our league logo and to ensure that all of the fonts and colours were coordinated.

Although we do not use the registration option for our league because we are a group of 10 - 12 separate schools, this option does seem easy to use and would be of great use for those who wish to have all information collected from one location. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only issue I have is with setting scores. It is a bit cumbersome to create scheduled events for two teams that are playing each other. Instead of having to enter data for 6 games, you end up adding data for 12 games (once for the home team and once for the away team). This process is repeated when adding scores. Hopefully, Jersey Watch will consider establishing a ranking page that can consider points for games won and games lost. Another option would be to provide the option to have tiering teams and rank the tiers independently. A workaround, for now, is creating a Google Sheet that auto formulates this for me. The sheet can then be embedded onto our home page.

The Jersey Watch team responded to my questions really quickly! They did an excellent job transferring our old website over and helping to transfer our domain.

The site is very easy to manipulate and make changes ...very easy to learn.

We have been running a baseball program for ages 4-12 for 70 years. I have been involved with the program for 51 of those years. Jersey Watch has eliminated phone calls, people coming to my door, and people handling money.
