The customer service is outstanding – they're responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions. They will even make a video and send it to you of your actual website and how to make changes. I also used the registration tool for my season which was so easy for the parents to use. I used the schedule generator and I had a full season schedule in minutes for 38 teams. I was able to easily integrate a volunteer schedule right into my website. The implementation of the tools and options was a breeze. I frequently use the software, because it is so easy. I've embedded many Google Docs for Stats, Standings, and Schedules. I'd like to be able to show the full width and make it easier to use on mobile. An integrated phone app for our website would be cool. However, with new features coming out, I'd like to do away with my embedded google docs. Player registration goes to their corresponding team pages. Stats and Standings have capabilities and can be inputted on the website. Inquires go directly to a linked email. I am not super tech savvy but even I could figure out how to create a session and set up the registration. I did have some trouble creating our roster. I emailed tech support and within an hour they had replied to me, with a custom video they made showing me exactly how to do what I was asking. Their tech support is top notch, fast, and polite. They also let me email them our logo and they put it on the page for us. We also got a great domain name for our team, and the Jersey Watch website handled all of the domain registration and hosting for us. **What do you dislike about Jersey Watch?** I wish there was a way to export the entire player list across all tiers. I also would like a feature where you could edit the information that is displayed when you click "View Registrants". We accept payment through e-transfer so I would love a tick box beside each player that I could check once they had paid. The processing fees for accepting payments through the website were cost prohibitive for us. We only run one session of teams. I would prefer if the display coudl toggle between current year teams and previous, rather than "open" and "closed" programs. **What problems is Jersey Watch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed an online registration portal that everyone could access. We also needed a group messaging system to quickly send out announcements and updates to the whole team. You can build an entire website for your sports organization in just a few hours. The ability to create discount codes and multiplayer registration discounts is great. The ability to pay online via credit card is also convenient. **What do you dislike about Jersey Watch?** There is some much needed validation in the sports program registration to prevent participants from being able to register in a program that is restricted by sex or age. Our softball programs are only for females. Registration relies on parents selecting the proper program when date of birth and sex are not taken into consideration during the registration process. When there are multiple participants, each program requires a separate credit card payment which has been the source of some complaints. It would be ideal if there were a shopping cart feature such that a single payment could be made at the end of registering multiple participants. The credit card payment feature is convenient but the transaction fee is annoying for a nonprofit organization that is completely volunteer led for our local community. It would also be great to have other payment options such as Zelle, PayPal, Stripe, Google Pay, Square, Amazon Pay, Verifone, Venmo, Payoneer, or Shopify. Zelle would be particularly nice since there are no transaction fees. Ability for real-time instant messaging and team communication.
