I like how the customer service is fast, reliable, and real. There are consistent people on the other end promptly assisting and advising me on how to improve my recreational flag football site. The annual price is fair, and our league, in general, has been very satisfied with the website's organization. I've embedded live Google Docs on the website, which has worked out really well. It's easy to use and integrate information and updates with a live league for schedules, scores and stats. I frequently use Jersey Watch around 3-5 times weekly, updating our league. I don't dislike anything about Jersey Watch, but I do think there are opportunities for improvement. The standard marginal width of the website could be wider. Implementing more custom options for social media would be great. The schedule maker on the website is limited and bulky which is why I embedded Google Docs for actual info. If there's a way to make the schedule on the website easier so it goes to individual team pages, that would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jersey Watch has simplified everything that I need to do. From providing an online portal for people to come for general information and updates to getting 3,000+ texts out in a matter of seconds. Backgrounds no longer need to be outsourced but I can send them out from the sanme portal that parents register their kids. What used to take me days to complete can now be done within hours! I like that Jersey Watch is easy to find the information needed as both an admin and a parent! The sites don't have a lot of fluff and everything is easily displayed. On the admin side of things, I like that I get a daily update about sign up registrations and the ease of adding the schedules. Jersey Watch can send a few too many extra emails. I think limiting the number of emails would be beneficial or allowing the users to determine what they would like emails to be about specifically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We signed on with Jersey Watch after looking at demos of the site and realizing it had all the tools we were looking for to move our youth sports registration into the digital age. The ease of use is fantastic. We had the site up and running in a matter of days and customization for our registration process was exactly what we were looking for. We were able to add discounts, promos and everything else we needed, including a way to track jersey sizes.

Quick, easy website builder. Responsive support team. Easy to customize website pages and information displayed. Creates signup pages for players and collets information and contact info. There is no subscription pricing available or any variation of pricing options. Really can only offer one price for service. (There is multi participant discount and discount code options)

I few things I would like to see added; ACH payment option with no fee to the customer, improved reporting features, improved registrations features that would allow an option for the payment plan to be used on final price after additions are included (not just on base registration price), video uploads for highlights. Jersey Watch is easy to use and build your website. The customer service is excellent and quick to respond to any questions or give advice when needed.
