Ivalua Pros and Cons

The user friendly interface and the ability to configure many modules in our solution. I like that we are able to customize the application based on the business needs of the company. For example, Bell has been able to implement and integrate the Contingent (contractor) module in Ivalua. Our Ivalua application is a tool I use daily and is currently used by most users within the company for day to day operations. Implementation can be as quick as six months or stretched over a year depending on how complex of a configuration you would like to build. The modular licensing model makes it easy to implement the software functionality in stages that align to the various phases of the source to pay procurement lifecycle, which I like because it gives users the time to acclimate to business changes and master system functionality before being introduced to more changes.
