The user friendly interface and the ability to configure many modules in our solution. I like that we are able to customize the application based on the business needs of the company. For example, Bell has been able to implement and integrate the Contingent (contractor) module in Ivalua. Our Ivalua application is a tool I use daily and is currently used by most users within the company for day to day operations.
