The fact anyone is able to store information of multiple devices no matter the type and be able to access it soo quickly and efficient as well as accurate and secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One of the biggest issues we were having was employees doing their own processes and following their own guidelines. IT Glue has given us a platform to have an intranet for employees to refer to instead of just doing their own thing. This has also giving us a way of holding employees accountable for the policies and procedures they are not following. IT Glue was also very easy to implemnt. They provided a ton of documentation templates for creating documentation.
The Password Manager has also been a massive boon for my organization. I used to have many employees re-using passwords or writing them down. This has been eliminated and now we are more secure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do think that the timeout on the Password Manager is a bit short, but that is a personal preference. Otherwise, the platform is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT Glue has been a great resource for my organization. We do IT and GIS support for 40+ clients, and keeping track of passwords and login information would be impossible without it. I have a small nitpick, which is that IT Glue rearranges your organizations according to the most recently used. That means if I hop onto the box of a client I rarely work with, that client will be the first in the queue when I come back to it. This means when I am trying to log onto something, I need to really pay attention to the order of the organizations, since it rearranges itself each time I use it. Love the ability to add Hyperlinks, add relevant information, and ability to format information in an easily-accessible way. The ease of integrating IT Glue with a handful of other used softare is beautiful and helps to automate a lot of the, otherwise, teadious documentation. Any time I have had questions or concerns, there is always some sort of documentation that exists to aid in any implimentation. It is no stretch of the imagination to say that my team and myself utilized IT Glue on a day-to-day basis to easily and readily share information for our business needs. The ability to customize the platform to make it your own as well as adapt to your line of business. The integrations with Autotask PSA and RMM are both getting stronger and makes everyone more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of the requested improvements take a bit longer then expected as well as them not being part of the product, not totally a show stopper but would be great to have some of the end user requests be implemented faster. What I appreciate about IT Glue is how easy it is to use, document special cases on accounts, and its effective layout to understand what is happening with a client's IT within minutes. Being able to 'glue' documentation together with passwords and configurations is absolutely phenomenal for taking on new tasks at a client site. It's so easy to gather customer documents for a new client implemtnation and integrating them with our PSA is invaluable for customer support. We use IT Glue almost hourly. IT Glue is the one-stop shop for all of the IT information. In my current role, when I joined everything was in spreadsheets. Computer information? Spreadsheet. User information? Spreadsheet. Renewals? Spreadsheet. Passwords? Believe it or not, spreadsheet. With IT Glue, we have been able to consolidate everything to one place, one location, one stop for everything. My biggest issue is more with the connection to ConnectWise. There are certain fields that are only able to be updated in ConnectWise. Also, things like the manufacturer will disapear in IT Glue if it does not also exsist in ConnectWise when there is a sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
