Using the document template to make documents can be a little bit of a learning curve.. but they let you import word documents so that makes it easy and it normally does a good job importing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not much to say regarding dislike, whats not to like? Maybe ill put a feature suggestion here. If they offered their own, cookie cutter fully integrated ITSM/Help Desk that would be awesome. I have been using IT Glue possibly through out my whole career and cannot look at another Product other than IT Glue, it is convenient to store client information. Easily intergrated with RMM tools, SSL and Firewall Trackers.

Love how you can create Flexible Assets and set it up that is best for your practice. Integrations are great for PSA and RMM systems along with API setups. ITGlue is perfect for MSPs. Quick access for all users along with the ability to share OTP codes. Adding documents to document processes, LAN/WAN information. It is the perfect place to share any infomration anyone needs to pickup and start fixing things. As ITGlue is used frequent and often, it is the second thing I log into each day! Creates documentation structure that is easy to use and easy to implement and works with a wide range of integrations. This platform is used all day long and is often the first place we go to look for information about a customer and or their setup.
