There are several easy formats to write documentation. Sometimes there are quirky formatting issues and I need to reload the page, but I have never lost writing on an unsaved draft. The option to create flexible asset types to capture the exact data you need for a specific process is helpful.
Generally integrates with other MSP tools that we use, so helpful to pull information into one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are a few specific shortcomings, but overall development is stagnant on this product and the cost remains high. A major update was adding a dark mode and Kaseya to the banner. The vast majority of new features being rolled out are to integrate with other Kaseya products or require additional subscription purchases. If you're already invested in other Kaseya products, it's great, but if not it doesn't feel worth the investment.
Checklist implementation isn't robust enough to be useful. Checklist templates can't be copied and assigned to a specific company. All checklists are global across all clients. It's not possible to assign a checklist to "Acme company" and only have it appear for that client. Our techs would need to scroll through checklists across all clients and choose the appropriate one. With no folder structure, there is no option to structure or organize checklists effectively. There isn't an easy option to duplicate a checklist template to a specific client without manually copying and pasting each individual step.
If someone deletes or modifies an attachment, it's not tracked in the revision history of the document. You can't restore an attachment to a document if it's accidentally deleted. This is a major oversight.
Wish it included network diagramming software in one tool without having to purchase an add-on product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IT Glue is a great knowledge base to store all important IT information. I love the integration with other programs. IT Glue has made searching for documents easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The overall layout and design of the program could be a little better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that IT Glue houses so much information. We can put most of our documentation in one location for all our techs to reference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT Glue lacks some customizability. For example, we can't add images to some documents natively. We have to find ways around to past them in, otherwise we won't have those necessary images in the documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The navigation is intuitive and regularly updated. The interface and organization method is very intuitive and easily updated per page if needed. Also the ConnectWise Integrations is a necessity at our MSP and we use this regularly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is it weird to say I've never had an issue in the 5 years of using this? Because, that's 100% the case here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the searching and ease of finding important information quickly, even when we have thousands of docs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes navigation around the IT Glue website isn't as seamless as it could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love having all IT administration information in one place in a database developed specifically for technology. It houses your core assests like CIs, contacts, documents, domains tracker, locations, passwords, SSL tracker and others. Apps and services tracked include ADDS, backup, file sharing, WANs, licensing, printing, remote access, security, vendors, voice systems, virtualization, websites and wireless. Support has been very slow to develop features or fixes requested by the user community. They were recently purchased by Kaseya, so I hope that they address the backlog of user requested changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IT Glue has included a WebUI shortcut key that allows you to access to data faster than usual. It also counts with a mobile application that allows our team to access to the required information about our clients quickly and safely. It can also integrate with a great number of software and it comes with several excellent features to wok with, such as automatic password hides and quick search. Small stuff, but the relationship might be a little better if we could link objects to follow the best when updates happen. Also, I hope IT Glue continues to add more suppliers to the list, that’s not bad but would improve a lot if they add more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT Glue is in the process of replacing our intranet knowledge base and frankly it's been a huge breath of fresh air. Guides that can be easily updated by anyone, IPs, passwords, Networking things can all be kept here and seen by anyone who needs to see. We tried network drives (which became overly messy), Microsoft Teams (which no one really liked), and the intranet (which is just outdated in general).
This new site covers all bases.
There are sections of the site for techs, for network admins, and everyone in between. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The android app is virtually useless, as it stands right now. There are too many features that don't work properly, like searching or looking through documents. The mobile desktop site fulfills this function, though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
