The ability to track licensing and vendor information are 2 of the features I love the most. To add to that, the integration with our RMM tool to automatically update configurations of end devices on the network, that's a useful feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would've liked in addition to the configurations, preexisting filters for specific end devices. PCs. Printers, Network Switches etc.... in their own subgrouping. I'm not sure that exists at present. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the integration with a lot of platforms making it a breeze to grab the information from another application frameworks which allows centralization of your data into one place. IT Glue ease of use, security and stability are top notch in the IT industry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would suggest to allow a feature available like being able to import of the runbooks. That would be a life changer for me and the company I work for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used IT Glue in my capacity as a documentation specialist at an MSP and found it to be such an invaluable tool that I brought it with me to an internal IT position. The true power lies in using the Related Items feature to build a web of interconnected systems and configurations, especially when dealing with less fun situations like outages and cybersecurity events. It is also highly valuable as a training tool for techs to let them see how all the pieces of a complex network fit together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love the price increases and the nickle-and-diming that happens around Network Glue, My Glue, runbooks, and other features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT Glue allows us to contain all of our client's documents in one secure location. Easily integrates with our PSA and RMM solution allowing us to gain access to passwords without having to log into IT Glue separately in order to complete tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT Glue offers many different features but unfortunately a lot of the add-ons have to be purchased separately and aren't included with the top package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have set this up from scratch for an MSP, as well as worked in existing environments. The ease of use, and ability to tie all assets/objects/pws together via link is by far the best. Training new employees is so much easier with ITG guiding them through the majority of their steps, and makes it far easier to understand the layout of a client by simply checking a few tabs in ITG. I worked with an MSP that had everything in note pads and transitioned them here, and the difference was night and day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes integrating certain types of files can translate poorly. Google documents, certain types of web map files (draw.io) will not open within the ITG webpage and opens in a new window, while other objects open directly within the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ITG is first and foremost a relational database with integrations with the most common partners. The goal of these integrations is to import, connect and relate back your environment. We use ITG on a regular basis, sometimes multiple times daily. Their support is pretty good, but email only, which can be difficult if you are not proficient with the platform. Once you figure out that ITG is a relational database and figure out all the keybaord shortcuts, the platform is powerful and is a real asset for an IT department. You get an implementation partner when you first join and get multiple sessions to help with the rollout. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
IT is expensive, but a powerful solution. I would like it if Network Glue was not an add-on, but part of the solution at the enterprise level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
How easy it is to copy and paste usernames and passwords.
How it stores multiple usernames and passwords.
How it can store data files such as configurations and alike.
How it can keep track of assets.
Syncing abilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Assets and alike need constant maintenance to be up-to-date.
Not a lot of automation tools.
Needs an "announcements" pop-up or message for those very-important tasks/notes.
Should give us the ability to tag an entry as valid or invalid, to resolve if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I'm able to have access to all of the info and details of all of my clients in 1 convenient location.
It makes it easy to parse info from an otherwise impenetrable sea of data.
Easy to create new data to add to the archive.
Using it everyday, I don't find myself being annoyed by constant issues.
Can quickly and easily access needed info without hassle when I have customers on the line. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When uploading lots of picturs there is no progress bar so it's tough to tell if it's loading or hung. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Great integrations with multiple platforms and ability to link things together. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since being purchased by Kaseya, quality and new features have dramatically decreased. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to connect entries via the 'related item' option makes navigating your resources a breeze. Once ITGlue is built out properly, your staff and employees should be able to search with absolute ease. The Project Manager is always available to help set up meetings for any issues you come across. Integration with ticketing systems for easier troubleshooting/resolution processing is amazing as well. Takes time to build it out. Recommend having multiple people helping to input/import the initial information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
