We only started using one tenth of the product, password management, and even that was well worth the investment. The implementation is solid, search is smooth, rights management is actually practical and deals with all we need, sharing information with My Glue is very useful, the audit trail is detailed and easy to filter.
Support has been fast to respond to our questions and do provide the correct answers in hours. As Kaseya is it's parent company that's not always par for the course.
And getting our documentation out of SharePoint and into IT Glue means we can actually find things a lot faster and more reliably. It's well worth our dollars.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As we don't use the complete stack we haven't run into serious issues. Coming from a an older, far less complete product we've not found any serious issues.
If I had to mention one thing, it's the fact it's a SaaS solution and the one time we had a short interruption of service there's nothing you can do to fix it. Luckily within the hour it was found, fixed and communicated which did prove we can rely on IT Glue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

all the password are stored , it can generate a good secure password and Global search is my best friend Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can Generally be slow whenever you want to open a password or you need to sign out and sign in again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I enjoy being able to have things sorted by Company, whilst also being able to see a full overview of all assets. It is easy to use and fairly logical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The word processing options have a fair bit to be desired. For example, when a document is longer, to use some of the format options I need to scroll back to the top to access the format menu.
I would love to see checklist improvements such as being able to set alerts and due dates for individually assigned tasks that make up a checklist (not just a checklist due date for the whole list). Also the ability to see all unfinished checklist tasks globally, with sort options is essential as currently there is no great way to ensure that everyone is up to date on their assigned tasks. IT Glue is very easy to use, and you only have to populate relevant client information. There are a lot of different types of information that can be tracked, and companies will different divisions can use the same solution, and limit what each division can see. I use IT Glue 4 - 8 times per day to log into different client environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be difficult to organize multiple pieces of information such as passwords that are no longer used or cleints with 20 different passwords. If all you want to store is passwords, this is overkill. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We started like everyone else. Passwords and critical business infrastructure were all over the place. We did our best to secure it, but the more secure it was, the less convenient it was to access. IT Glue changed all of that for us. We were able to quickly access all of the information we entered and track revisions to the information that was entered. Within a week, IT Glue became a crucial part of our process. It's been over three years since we signed up, and we use it daily. Integrations with other tools we use have made it even more valuable. I would say that the only downside I have found is that the network glue add-on is a bit more than I want to pay. That being said, I feel that we have everything we need in IT Glue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using ITGlue for nearly 12 years (I believe) across two different MSPs. The interface is intuitive, and the various search modes make it easy for me to find information among hundreds of client entries. Setting up new clients and adding new documents is quick and simple. I would be lost if I did not have daily access to the information we have stored in ITGlue. I also appreciate how ITGlue integrates with Autotask, making linking information more intuitive. The only issue I have with ITGlue is the mobile app. It is not as easy to use as the browser version, and I often sign in to the web browser version on my tablet if I don't have access to my laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've used IT Glue for the past 8 years or so. I've used it as basic as document repository to full on monitoring on renewals etc. I feel like this product just keeps getting better with revisions and features. It is very user friendly. The fact that we can have our clients use MyGlue is fantastic as well. Leaving them access to all the documentation & information that we keep for them. Since we use customer support contracts it allows us to integrate or implement things easily. Our main contact for customer support is great. I use IT Glue every day. There isn't much I dislike about ITG. There is a couple things that sometimes don't look right when I am in dark mode, but that is just an asthetic thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It glue provides a single place to document hardware, clients, SOP, users, passwords, even mfa tokens. This is really convenient for teams where you all share various accounts or for services that only offer one login instead of a team login. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Can sometimes be difficult to find what you need with an initial search. May be intimidating for new users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

IT Glue has a simple layout, user friendly, has all the important spots for the password, username, notes, URL's, etc. Just a really convenient, easy to use tool. I store dozens and dozens of passwords and can easily access them from my work computer or in an emergency from my personal devices when I'm not in the office. I like that I can share access with coworkers in case I'm unavailable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The phone version is not as clean visually as the website version, but it's still manageable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use ITGlue everyday for work, it's easy to use and you can customize the flexible assets for your needs.
It for sure helps me in my day to day task to have all the information I need all at the same place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The search tool is useful but can be confusing. I often select the wrong company cause it loads slowly. Also, when you try to link an Item in a document, it shows all the items related but not only the ones related to the company your editing a document for. So it's a little time confusing + easy to make mistakes and select the wrong item if it's not perfectly named. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
