IT Glue is extremely organized stratifying different fields by client, satellite sites, network, hardwork, peripheral devices, with links and attachment capabilities.

The best feature is the search function and functionality to copy hidden usernames and passwords. Restricting access to other sensitive info with passwords is also nice.

The dashboard showing who last accessed and what was accessed transparency for all users helps with accountability as well. With such a robust menu, for new users, it can be daunting to "FIND" where things are at, especially when the internal processes of the company does not standardize where info should be store.
