What do you like best about IT Glue?

Every area within IT is laid out in a simple interface with plenty of sub-categories and tabs. Its made so much extremely convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best way to manage our passwords and information for our whole orginization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

I do not dislike much about it but really need to look at further integrations that do not cost our orginization too much money and see if there is value there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Glue?

It's very convenient for our techs, especially our newer technicians that need a leg-up on how to support clients. It was also easy to implement and build up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

I sort of wish there was a nicer look to the UI, the dark theme serves its purpose but everything sort of mingles together as shades of grey. I'd love to see themes closer to Autotask's options - that blue is so easy on the eyes!

Enhanced import features would be great - we had to migrate from Hudu and it was a bit of a pain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Glue?

What I like it a secure way to keep password and to have all the infomation for a site all in one place. I cna have the lan,Wan,vendors and notes all in one location fo for the the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is soem time slow to load and I do need to wait a little for a page to load. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Have a MFA on the account still allows any one with a accoutn login into a protected account and I do not have to worry about the lessing the securty for ease of acess to help my company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
