What do you like best about IT Glue?

It provides a great place for storing a lot of information valuable to our orginazation. I like that it provides sections for important information sucah as passwords and documentation which is a help when performing processes that are done frequently. Terms of agreements from Kaseya can be less than optimal. Product support quality declined after the product was acquired. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
