Overall there is very little to dislike about ITGlue. On occassion I wish there were some additional field types, automation, or advanced input validation but this is really nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before ITGlue all of our documentation was hand crafted and the formats varied wildly as did the locations. After switching to ITGlue we have clear standards and one place to go for all of our documenatation. ITGlue is a game changer when it comes to running a large company with many clients. What do you like best about IT Glue?

The centralization of documents, passwords, etc which makes it a lot easier and efficient to maintain this information over time as it grows and changes, this removes the need to keep track of everything as IT Glue does it for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

When creating documents the UI can be frustrating as the layouts of documents are not standard and adding or moving something will greatly change the look of the document, you also can't upload PDFs for some reason. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Glue?

That information is readily ostensible, easily saved and readily shareable

One of my favorite fetures is the ability to link pages - some of my cleints have very complex networks and organizational hierarchies, so it's very nice to be able to see all the related items right on the page of each individual asset Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ITGlue does not have that many intergration with other companies, but they do have it with major ones like Microsoft and Datto Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Glue?

I like the ease of use, the flexibility and the features. We use IT Glue constantly and have never had an issue. You have options to control who can see what is added to Glue, you can track, manage and generate passwords all from the same screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IT Glue?

Its useful for managing many customers and keeping a lot of things in the right place. Its easy to use and to implement. As a servicedesk engineer i frequently use it to get access to the accounts I need from our customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IT Glue?

Nothing. I cant complaing about the software.

Only one thing: Copying fast from bottom to up (FA, PASS, EMAIL) blocks because of the small pop-up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
