I like that it can sync recnet tickets with my company. It auto configures so much that i just have to make user that the initla connetion is setup and we are ready to roll. ITG is used on an everyday basis for me. I use it for everything work related and is literally like my bible of knowledge and things! I love how easy it is to search for resources, how quick and easy it is to add/edit/delete/archive information. It's quick, responsive and gets the job done! Super itGLUE! How everything is organised, everything is defined into clear and important sections making it easy to navigate and get the information you need in a pinch. It integrates very well with a lot of other applications making it very useful, you can implement it very easily and it works with different RMMs very well. I have yet to encounter anything about IT Glue that I dislike. If I was being picky, editing documents can be a little cumbersome as it seems like you need to preview it before you can save it, but that is not a huge deal at all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
