What do you like best about IRIS CARBON®?

What do you like best about IRIS CARBON®?
I am an annual user so I like the short training videos that I can watch whenever I forgot how to do something. I like how I can run checks to see if I am in balance. I have always received quick replies back from customer support and they make me feel like I matter. I have not received this level of support from any other software. What do you like best about IRIS CARBON®?
The customer service and responsiveness from the IRIS Carbon team has been exceptional. The product itself allows for us to gain efficiencies that our old software did not allow, being able to upload directly into the filing software is a huge time saver and has worked seamlessly quarter after quarter. Another huge positive for the IRIS platform is that we haven't ran into any issues filing on time with the FERC deadlines, the platform is always working and we never have issues getting in to it or working in it close to our tight deadlines. We hade really great experience with Iris Carbon who helps us with XBRL reporting. The solution Iris Carbon provides is very user-friendly. it was really easy to use. You can log in to the platform at any time and from anywhere and you will always access the latest version of the document. I don't have anything to say about what I dislike. Upon the initial release of the FERC XBRL filing requirements, there were some initial issues. But IRIS worked very hard to correct these issues and implement new features. Today, the filing solution is in very good shape. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
