This may be more specific to our situation; we purchased our assets from a company who was using IRIS CARBON for their FERC filing. When we went to file our annual report, we had issues with the filing due to the roll forward of prior year numbers not matching beginning of year numbers because it was a new set of books. Thankfully for the awesome team, we were able to quickly work through the issue and resolve the problem and file on time. I love that it is cloud-based, has a neat & clean user friendly interface, it simplified and streamlined our process of preparing and reporting our FERC 714 as an X-BRL file. The cloud platform has many features to assist during ESEF reporting, is user friendly, it has inline iXBRL Viewer, predefined reports, summary snapshot and calculation checks.
