I am an annual user so I like the short training videos that I can watch whenever I forgot how to do something. I like how I can run checks to see if I am in balance. The customer service and responsiveness from the IRIS Carbon team has been exceptional. The product itself allows for us to gain efficiencies that our old software did not allow, being able to upload directly into the filing software is a huge time saver and has worked seamlessly quarter after quarter. Another huge positive for the IRIS platform is that we haven't ran into any issues filing on time with the FERC deadlines, the platform is always working and we never have issues getting in to it or working in it close to our tight deadlines. I don't have anything to say about what I dislike. Upon the initial release of the FERC XBRL filing requirements, there were some initial issues.
