Iris Carbon has a great customer service team that helps us with any updates to the filing process that we needed. They always looked for ways to improve their system and add efficiencies. What do you like best about IRIS CARBON®?
IRIS CARBON has been amazing along every step of the way for us transitioning into this new world of having to file FERC reporting. They have held our hand and guided us step by step to ensure we meet every deadline, and all our reports are filed correctly and on time. Their team is top notch and extremely professional. The team has stayed on the phone with me for hours as we worked through filing errors to make sure we filed on time. The software is user friendly and easy to move between different sections. The best feature of the software is the ability to run test uploads to see if there are any errors in the filing with the FERC system. What do you dislike about IRIS CARBON®?
This may be more specific to our situation; we purchased our assets from a company who was using IRIS CARBON for their FERC filing. When we went to file our annual report, we had issues with the filing due to the roll forward of prior year numbers not matching beginning of year numbers because it was a new set of books. Thankfully for the awesome team, we were able to quickly work through the issue and resolve the problem and file on time. What do you like best about IRIS CARBON®?
I love that it is cloud-based, has a neat & clean user friendly interface, it simplified and streamlined our process of preparing and reporting our FERC 714 as an X-BRL file. The import and validation features save us so much time and effort. I addition, I am extremely impressed with the response time and high level of customer support provided. What do you like best about IRIS CARBON®?
We were required to file our annual FERC filing in the new XBRL format back in 2022 on a very short timeframe. We struggled to find someone who could help us adhere to these reporting requirements, especially as our company only is required to report a very small portion of the larger filing. The team at IRIS Carbon went above and beyond to assist us in implementing the software quickly. Any time had issues getting the file submitted, they immediately offered help. They were also extremely helpful in training our team to use the software. We could not properly complete our required reporting if it were not for IRIS Carbon.
