Excellent experience from start to finish. They built several custom feature sets that were required to integrate with Salesforce. Our business runs as efficiently as can be! We added Zapier to complete the integration and that could not have gone better. From redesigning our Preference form, integration with our website, to keeping us continuously updated throughout the entire process (training too!) We have been using iPost for 3+ years and have been consistently impressed with the depth of features, and the responsiveness of the support team. In cases where we have had a genuinely unique need that could not be addressed by competitors, iPost has come through again and again with solutions using their platform, custom development and consulting expertise. A few of the most advanced features had a bit steeper learning curve, but they perform admirably once we got the hang of them. The date range options for pulling reports feel a bit limiting at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really like the analytics and the ease of setting up automations from existing templates. I'm able to add custom fields in emails or data from contacts for analysis later on. The templates are easy to set up and copy, then edit later. The iPost team has been great o work with and help answer questions to meet most of our needs if we can't figure it out ourselves. The FTP could improve by removing some steps that didn't work with our system requiring extra verification. It would have made automation very easy and now makes more manual work for iPost to work for larger campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Big fan of how easy everything is to use. The customer support is top notch. I've had a lot of questions, especially in the beginning, and support was amazing. They've always had an answer to my questions and always worked very quickly to help resolve any issues I have had (typically because of me!). Ease of sending promotional emails: Enter in HTML, can edit title, opt outs, and lists all in one spot. Can send all emails at once or stagger them out throughout the day. You can also add an email and schedule it to go out at a later time. Their templates to build emails work really well too. We've used that with great success. I also love that we've been able to schedule our "Welcome" emails. We have emails uploads on a daily basis and have an email scheduled every morning through iPost to send to the new users. I would recommend a little bit better reporting. Ability to download multiple days of data in one report on the platform would be helpful. We can receive this via FTP which is great, but in the platform would be amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We enjoy the flexibility of the testing features and the depth of reporting available. Being able to track website conversions directly from our email reports is a huge benefit to our campaign efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We extensively use the API interface and have developed a custom framework around it. Although occasionally we do go in through the web interface. I've not had issues with deliverablity that we've seen with other ESP. iPost has a good quality sender reputation so our emails get through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasionally we've had an issue with emails getting stuck. I suspect that this is because we're using the legacy API interface. Never seen the issue when using the web interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UX platform is simple, easy-to-use, and contains all the information you need on one dashboard. I transitioned from a different platform which required some HTML coding knowledge, this one required very little, if any at all.

The one thing I dislike about the dashboard is that I need to shrink my screen size by 20% to fit it to my screen. It makes for text that's hard to read at times, especially when screen sharing with others while working remotely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
iPost is a great email service platform for sending out branded messages to subscribers. Creating different tables users fall into based on consumer activities is a great way for us to segment our guests and deliver them the emails they would like to receive.
