What do you like best about Inxeption?

The website looks clean and easy for customers to navigate. The integration with the live chat is need. Easy for us to look up order and customer information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inxeption?

The accounting sides of things are terrible. We will most likely be looking to leave soon if the invoicing side of things does not improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Inxeption solving and how is that benefiting you?

Honestly we have not solved anything with Inxeption but hope to be able to moving forward. Our company was in a weird transition period when we started using and Covid hasn't helped us get done what we hoped to in 2020. No ones fault there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
