Things that we like are:
- Generate accurate drafts within minutes
- Adhoc responses with the "Knowledge Agent" improving responses in email, outside of RFPs
- Citations at the sentence level for answer reference
- Easy to add/remove files and sources in the Knowledge Hub
- Ability to connect with our website documentation and 3rd party platforms
- AI Agents for various tasks such as competitive research and content management.
- Collaboration features such as commenting and task assignment

The platform currently provides one response per question. It would be nice to have more than one option. Also, having the ability to add a reviewer at the question level would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Response quality is high and chatbot is useful for ad hoc responses.
- Confidence measurement is extremely helpful for identifying where we should have a HITL.
- Citations capability helps identify the right answer or understand if we need to flesh out our Knowledge Hub.
- Integrating and uploaded source material to the Knowledge Hub is extremely easy.
- Web scraping of our support site and other web assets is extremely useful.
- Ease of user experience is extremely intuitive.

- Still requires a proper solution for web portals and/or non-spreadsheet formats.
- Wish there were more integrations available for the Knowledge Hub.
- More reporting in terms of number of questions, number of responses, tie in to CRM or deal/account tracking, etc. and integration to CRM.
